Business Owner

My name is Lourdes J Sanchez, I was born & raised in Brooklyn, NY. I moved to Florida 15 years ago after spending 3 months on a special Assignment for Banco Popular of Puerto Rico opening the Orlando & Miami offices. I worked in Latin America & the Caribbean for the last 24yrs with Banco Popular of Puerto Rico, Western Union and lastly Starbucks Coffee Company opening the markets in Brazil & Argentina, Mexico, Peru, Chile, Bahamas & PR. I have been practicing Yoga for the last 12yrs & noticed the impact my practice had on my body but mostly on me as a person. I decided that one day I would follow my passion for teaching and share all I learned about truly living through Yoga. Seven yrs ago I started to study the history, the artistry, various disciplines and looking at it as a possible business. I started setting all of my annual bonuses aside for my «one day». My one day is now here! Om Yoga & Wellness Studios opened in Dominican Rep. July 2^nd & now at 410 Northwood WPB June 2015
