Really nice and polite. Gave me the discount before I even shared the Unilocal special. Liked that they were still open when I arrived at 5:44pm. Hard to find a Smog station after work when you really need to and can’t wait till the weekend.
There’s also a a bunch of places to get a bite to eat, coffee and Rite Aid while you wait. It was necessary though as they were pretty quick

Saco knows what he is doing and his crew has done an excellent job diagnosing and repairing my vehicles. I keep a pretty good record of maintenances on my vehicle over time and am pretty good about figuring out when people are trying to upsell me. I will definitely be spending my time and my money here more often.

Sako and his team have been an immeasurable help to my never ending car issues. I have taken three different cars in (2007 Honda, 2004 BMW, 1989 Mercedes) and he has always carefully determined the issue, given a detailed explanation of the problem and fair pricing for fixing it, and always follows up in a timely manner. He actually cares about getting the job done right instead of quick/​lazy fixes that come around to bite you later on. I highly recommend this auto shop for anyone in the Culver City/​Palms area.

One of the most professional Auto repair shops have been too. Outstanding service and very nice people, which is always a plus. Sako is very professional and very upfront. This place is amazing. Al, Henry and the crew did a great job. They are very knowledgeable and will not try and gouge you for repairs like other mechanics. They offer very good prices on parts, and they will go above and beyond to save you money!
Took my car in for a look at the gearbox_​clutch and cracked fender wall. They were able to diagnose that the tires were the wrong size. And they also fixed an exhaust issue at the back which was giving me problems. Once I received the car back it was as good as new, and they even fixed the master switch on my windows at no extra cost! Can’t recommend these guys enough!!!

Our family has been going to Albrik for years. He is the most honest mechanic that I have met. We drive from Santa Clarita because he and the A-​1 Complete Auto Repair team are the only mechanics we trust. I highly recommend him and his expertise. Had a great experience here. Took in my 2000 BMW that had lots of problems and Henry couldn’t have been more polite and accommodating. I had leaks, bad oxygen sensor, bad fuel sensor, the list goes on. Car was done when they said it would be, came in less then the estimated amount and they even washed it. I guess the bird crap on the hood was getting Henry down. Can’t emphasize enough how happy I was.

Came home from work with a horrid noise coming from my engine. This place was down the street so I took it straight there. They offered to take a look at it in the morning (about to close) and call with an estimate. The next morning I got a call right when expected. Received a good estimate and wait time — said they could have it ready by the next day. I mentioned that I needed to get to work at 11 and they said they would put extra people on it to try and have it ready, or else lend me a car. It was ready just in time! Very friendly, quick service, etc. No problems with the engine ever since.

I so LOVE this place! Sako is the absolute best and gives GREAT customer service. Had my front brakes done and it was done in a timely fashion. My back brakes were still making a «squeaky» noise, yet Sako stated that my back brakes were still good and did not need to be changed at this time. However, he did make a suggestion of putting some type of brake fluid on them for the noise to go away (he was out of the fluid):). He ordered the fluid and I was able to take my car back and have that service done at no cost. Went as soon as they opened on Saturday and was out in about an hour… give or take. Let me tell you, no more «squeaky» noise from my back brakes!!! Thanks Sako! Trust me, take your car here for any service and Sako will treat your car right!!!

I came here because of the 5 star Unilocal review and could not have been happier with my service.
My 2013 Jeep Patriot needed 2 new tires, an alignment, and a small dent popped out from my bumper. After dropping my car off, these guys were nice enough to offer me a ride to work. Without an appointment, they were able to complete the tire swap, align the tires, order a paint pen in the color of my jeep, and fix the dent all within the same day.
They gave me several options for the tires and didn’t try to up-​sell me on anything. In the end, the price was fantastic, the service was quick, and these guys are two of the nicest you’ll find in LA.
I will definitely return again.

After oil changing here my car starts have a problem with stall/​die when idling. The guys in the shop saying it’s not because of that then their checked car for troubleshooting. Conclusion provided by them was very superficial: your car is old and let’s change timing belt for $ 1500. My car is 10 years old and definitely it’s always good idea to change timing belt every 60K miles. But really stalling not direct symptom of urgent timing belt replacement.
3 stars because of car had check engine before but ran good.
Anyway good luck with $ 20 cheap oil change. I have very big regret for sure.

Love this place! These guys are honestly the best place to go! Affordable, efficient, quick and care. I came in a few weeks back and they did tremendous service on my car.
They even noticed I had a missing hub cap and here’s it’s been three weeks and they called me to tell me they had one for my car, and they could install it as soon as I wanted.
The best place! Best service! And the best auto place ever :)

Rear struts needed to be replaced, transmission fluid and filter needed attention. So I called over 10 different places today. Sako from A1 Complete Auto Care responded to me first with the best price before everyone else did. So thank you for the quick response most importantly! Sako and Albrik both were very nice which is always a plus! Let’s see how far my car goes with their service! I’ll be back!
P.S I also got a little tiny incentive as a first time customer, but won’t advertise it here :)

Saku is very easy to talk to and he does a fantastic job. More importantly he’s honest. I recently visited the Honda dealership in culver for an airbag recall. The dealership told me I needed new transmission fluid; upon checking with A1, Saku showed me right there in broad daylight that my fluid level and quality was fine. I also like the location of this shop, it close to a starbucks, vons, tacoplus, etc keep you busy while its being worked on. Definitely give this place a try.
