I found these guys after a bad experience with another mechanic. I love everything about them. John is the man with whom I deal most frequently so I will direct my comments about him. Every time I have come in I am greeted with a smile. He always goes the extra mile to get as much of the work covered under my extended warranty as possible. My old mechanic couldn’t be bothered to even call the warranty company. I have checked their prices and they are quite reasonable. I called this morning because my tire had a nail in it and John said «bring it in» which I did. I was out of there in 30 minutes. I will never use another mechanic, they are the best.

Been going to this place for years and I’ve referred a bunch of my friends. Always get direct, honest answers about my car and no run around. Prices are very fair, especially for the area, plus you get 10% off for Auto club members. The mechanics work fast, so I get my car back right away. Ask for Chris Wilson or John S — these guys are the best and really know their stuff! Can’t say enough about this place.

My car overheated, but i managed to have it towed to complete automotive based on the recommendation of AAA (it is AAA certified and will grant you a 10% discount). As I arrived the general manager, Elias, was walking to his car to leave for the evening. He could have kept on walking and allowed me to drop my key and intake sheet In their 24 hour dropbox, but he shook my hand and brought me into the office to hear my tale of woe.
He dumbed down his expert explanation so that I could understand his analysis of my baby’s condition. The next afternoon he broke down the costs of parts and labor and invited me down to the shop so I could witness the holes in the pipes that needed to be replaced.
After the initial work was completed another test revealed a secondary leak in the thermostat, which Elias also urged me to replace. I declined after seeing the gaping holes in the pipes in my belief that they were the primary problem. Wrong move! I should have listened to Elias’s warning because the next day the coolant light popped up again!
I went back Thursday evening and my tech, Anibal, generously added enough coolant, (free of charge) to tide me over until I could drop it off the following evening for service over the weekend.
There are so many reasons to make complete automotive your only stop for vehicular vexations: friendly service, excellent explanations, AAA discount, 24\7 dropoff, weekend service, and 13 amazing techs. Wish I could give more than 5 stars.

Generally not one to give online reviews, but I have to say that the guys (and gal) at Complete Automotive deserve it. Danny and his team went above and beyond for me. I went in for a flat tire (I thought) in the morning. Turns out I had a cracked rim from one of the many LA potholes I tend to hit on the way to work. They were able to find the wheel, get me quickly into a loaner and had me back into my car by the time I finished work. Super friendly and courteous and extremely efficient. They are definitely my new go-​to spot (although hopefully I won’t need them anytime soon). Highly recommend!

Took my Benz here since it decided not to turn on nomore, Danny was the one that helped me and my bf, explained everything that was going on and kept us updated day by day til it was all done. I definitely recommend this and will be coming back for any other jobs necessary. And the price let me tell you was absolutely reasonable.

Worked with Danny to fix my Benz. Over all great experience. Best price available out there. Will definitely beat dealer pricing and the best thing is that they did a great job if not better. A+ for this Shop

Just picked up my car! Wow what can I say about this place. My car broke down the other day. I was referred by AAA since they are AAA approved. Right off the bat, I knew these guys would go above and beyond to help me. I was towed in after they closed. Chris was there finishing his paper work. He greeted me with a smile and said he was more than happy to help me. I love this kind of attitude. Long story short, he set me up with a loaner car and I was off to the races. My BMW needed a starter. I shopped around and they were the most reasonably priced by far. I gave them the go ahead and they had my car done the same day!
Friendly, fast and reasonable; what more can you ask for?! Thanks CAS, I’ll be back but hopefully not anytime soon ;)

Yeah… I have AAA and they are a recommended repair shop. I had a flat tire and called AAA to tow (this was my spare tire that they’d just put on a few days prior) and the AAA representative asked me if I’d like to speak to the shop to get a time and price estimate.
The gentleman that answered the phone was just awful. He told me it would be half an hour and then kept speaking over me, telling me to not tow my car there unless I could tell him what size the tire is so he can make sure he has it. I told him the car is in a parking garage and I don’t have reception to be able to read him what the tire is. He asks me what kind of car it is and I tell him it’s a Nissan Altima. «Oh…yeah, I probably have that.» Well, I’d hope so since it’s one of the most generic tire types in all of America. Then he tells me, «You better not expect me to give you a price estimate if you can’t even tell me the size of the tire.»
Seriously? Hire a professional receptionist who has some sort of people skills. I thanked him for all his help and towed my car elsewhere.

Definitely recommend this place! I took my car in to get serviced since my dealer warranty ended. They had great! Customer service! I have a Mercedes s550 so usually anything for this car ends up being over priced but the guys here were super fair and did not try to upsale me on any extra work or services. Will be coming here from now on for all my car needs.

The fastest, greatest and most reliable service. Pierre is the most honest and trustworthy person in the business. He always takes such good care of me.

They seemed to have done a good job on the tires. The prices were reasonable. The service took a full day because they didn’t have tires in stock that fit a 94 Camry. Because of this, I had to rent a car from them. Additionally, everyone seemed to be either somewhat stressed or irritable. And they have a sign indicating they take $ 20 off your bill for a 5-​star review on Unilocal; I thought that was kinda sketchy. They did seem to be working with me as best as they could, but this wasn’t a shining performance. Conclusion: Not bad. Just check to make sure they have your tires before you go.

I went to Complete Automotive after the suggestion of a AAA employee. I needed a replacement tire and this repair service was one of the the only ones open on Sunday. I met with Chris inside who was friendly and told us that the tire would be delivered and car would be ready by Tuesday afternoon. This did not happen. Instead, the car was was not ready until 5pm the following day only after calling and checking on the status quite frequently.
This place is cluttered with cars and very disorganized. When called to check the status of my car I would be put on hold for 5 minutes at a time (they were supposed to call me with updates). Unfortunately, Chris was off on Tuesday and Wednesday and so it felt like service to my vehicle was not a priority to whomever was in charge. This other employee would say «Your tire just came in 20 minutes ago» or «I’m sorry, I’m not sure if we’ll be able to have it done by that time when it was supposed to be done 24 hours before» and made other remarks over the phone that were not very polite or professional.
Not to mention, Complete Automotive quoted me $ 80 more than the previous business I chose to go to to have my tire replaced.
I’m glad that they’re are outlets like Unilocal that allow us to review places that are very poorly rated and share this with potential customers.

Unless you have no frills about price be prepared to be quoted $ 127 for a DMV brake and lamp inspection. Found another place that did the same service for $ 70 instead. Thats about $ 50 less on top of The DMV gouging fees this state has. Just go thru the DMV list of certified inspection stations.

Got a flat tire on the 10 fwy by National. My BMW M5 does not have a spare tire so I had to call AAA for a tow. AAA referred me to this shop. It was one mile away from my location and seemed like a decent shop to patch a tire so I agreed to have the car towed here. They removed the tire and inspected it to see if the tire was repairable. One of the associates who was helping me tried to upsell me in replacing all four tires, but I declined. Why replace three tires which have 95% thread life for one bad tire? Bad upselling tactic.
What really made me not give them five or four stars was when the tech «Luis» put the right rear wheel back on he used a impact gun. Using an impact gun on premium wheels is going to cause scratches regardless. He then checked the air pressure, and then claimed I was good to go. I told «Luis» that he didn’t torque the wheels with a torque wrench. Luis said, «if you want me too.» This just shows the lack of professionalism and lack of automotive knowledge.
The other person who was helping me kept saying, «he drives a M5 he doesn’t care about what you charge him.» This is true, I could care less about being charged $ 32.00 for patching a tire, but making these type of comments is unprofessional.

Have been here a few times, they saved me a lot of money fixing what needed to be fixed after I had gotten outrageous price quotes from other shops who didn’t even diagnose my car correctly. They work fast and are trustworthy. Also their mechanics are well informed about various makes and models.

Just made a 3^rd trip into Complete Automotive. This was for a very minor repair.
Despite being very busy and me being easy going, they jumped right on the issue and had me out the door in under 10 minutes.

It’s hard to find a car repair shop that you actually believe would fix your car at a fair price and wouldn’t break anything else along the way to keep you coming back. I needed to have my fuel pump and fuel filter replaced. My truck had been sitting for 2 years, it wasn’t running. Not only did they fix my truck, they were able to smog it, they washed it and gave me a AAA discount since I am a member.
The best part is I found an automotive repair home that can do it all, I found exceptional people along the way. They assisted me with nothing less than the best, always amazing smiles and comfort knowing they belong to my neighborhood… Go team complete automotive systems! Pierre, Javier, Alan and Danny you are the best!

I am suggesting everyone who cares about their cars not coming to this place. If you have to be here, be careful! Listed below is the horrifying experience that I encountered.
I came to this place on 2÷28÷2015 because I had a problem with the power steering on my 2012 Volkswagen Passat. The steering wheel was loose and light which make the turning too easy.
Everything was nice at the beginning. Chris, the Service Manager, greeted me and carefully listened to my talk on the issues.
He let Anibal, «The Expert», as he claimed, test-​drove the car with me.
The first sentence Anibal said was «There wasn’t a problem with this car.» I should have gone to other places after hearing that sentence.
Well, Anibal drove the car circling around a few blocks with me. He told me that most likely it was a «Rack and Pinion» problem. However, he needed a further inspection to confirm that.
Anibal wanted me to leave the car there until Monday or Tuesday when he was more available. Somehow, I did leave my car there. Maybe I was foolish on that day.
On Monday morning around 10 o’clock, Chris called me up on my cell phone when I was in the middle of my work. The first sentence he said on the phone was «How much do you know about this car?» Well, I was irritated a little bit since there was no logic behind that question in regard to the problems on my car. Plus, it was quite insulting.
Well, I hold on to my emotions and continued listening to his talk. All he did was trying to convince me to believe that there was a severe problem with the «Rack and Pinion». It had to be replaced immediately. Then, the conversation was all involved with «Money». He charged me for 1,600 dollars in total for the parts and labor hours which include the «OEM Rack and Pinion» and «Tie Rod Ends» and «Alignment».
Based on my analysis and comments from my friends, I don’t think it was really a problem with the «Rack and Pinion».
Since I did some research, I knew there are quite a few components on the «Rack and Pinion». When I asked Chris what really the issue or damage was on that «Rack and Pinion», he could not make anything up anymore. He just insisted I should replace that «Rack and Pinion».
I told him that I had to have a second opinion on his finding. Then, I got my car back.
I was too busy to go to a second place to check out the issues. Luckily, I haven’t died on the road yet. Today, I went to a place in Palms, not far from this place.
Here is what I found out from «Liberty Tires». The problem for the loose power steering has something to do with the «Left and Right Lower Control Arms».
Now, I have two answers. I have to go to a third place to confirm what’s been discovered.
At least, the information provided by «Liberty Tires» was completely different from what I heard from «Complete Automotive Systems». That’s enough information and evidence to believe that I was not getting the truth. Otherwise, it won’t be so much of a difference.

I understand that making money is the key to survive a business. However, fraud is a much faster way to kill any businesses.
It was a lesson learned. AAA certified auto shops are not 100% reliable. 100+ Unilocal reviews can’t tell much for any establishments on Unilocal.

Always 5 stars. A bit busy this week but good places are. Never know who you’re gonna run into there too. Good pricing, better service, great location. True asset to the west side dwellers.

I’ve taken my X5 there before and had service done and always walked away feeling satisfied and taken cared of. My experiences with everyone there has always been friendly and helpful. From the service guys to the owner Danny.
I recently had an error messages and I couldn’t figure out what it was. So I took my car in and Pierre assisted me. I explained I checked the manual but still had no clue what to do. He and one of the service guys ran several diagnostic test on the car and found exactly what I needed to do. Since my car was a diesel I needed special attention. So he contact BMW to explain what I needed done and found out that I still had warranty on my car and suggested I take it there right away. He not only took the extra time to help me but also saved me hundreds of dollars. Thank you guys!
