I highly recommend Integrity First Automotive. Cars and trucks are complex machines that require maintenance and repair, even if you don’t drive them. I trust Damian, Tyler, Luis, and Mike to give me an accurate assessment of our vehicles and to help me decide on the work to be done based on priority and cost. We’ve had our 3 and 5 series BMW’s, my Mom’s Lexus, and our GMC truck serviced and/​or repaired by the good folks at Integrity and we’ve been very satisfied with the results.

I have been to just about every European automotive shop in the valley (and some beyond) and I have to say that Integrity First is by far the best for so many reasons. I have taken several cars there so far and seen nothing but extremely professional, courteous, and attention to detail oriented service. They have gone above and beyond with all the repairs and maintenance as well as recommendations as to how to properly maintain my car as well, all without being pushy. I will not be taking my BMW to any other shop ever again. Oh, and if the service isn’t that important to you haha their shop is always immaculate, they’re waiting room is comfortable and spacious, and they have great amenities while you wait like snacks and a computer. Seriously… check them out.

I was referred to Integrity First by an acquaintance who had used them in the past. They were located more conveniently, so when I began having trouble with my transmission, I figured I’d try them out. The staff was friendly and the facility is nice. The problem began when troubleshooting the transmission on my BMW X5. There were apparently some leaks. Their recommendation was to replace several seals in the transmission. The repair costs totalled over $ 2,200. Expensive, but less than a new transmission (I figured). 5 minutes after paying the bill and leaving the garage, my transmission threw an error on the freeway and lurched into 3^rd gear. I took the car back and they looked at it again… this time concluding that I needed a whole new transmission… which would cost me another $ 7,400. What really bugged me was that they were not willing to give me much of a discount, considering I had just dropped over $ 2,200 with them on repairs that did NOTHING. They offered to give me a small credit for some of their labor on the previous work.
After checking around at several other shops, I learned that not only was First Integrity inept at troubleshooting my transmission problem, their prices are WAY higher than almost anyone else I checked with. I ended up using my old shop to have a new transmission installed for $ 5,200. I even had some lower bids elsewhere, but I really like the shop I used. Lesson learned: Don’t use Integrity First. If you want to spend that much money, take it to the dealership. For BMW repairs, check out Precision European Auto Repairs or Alex’s Autohaus. I’ve had good luck with both of them.

AH-​MAZING! The first time I went to this auto shop, I needed an oil change. Damian let me know a few things that I would need in the future. When I asked if I should get them done, he told me there was no rush on it, and that my car was in great shape. He was so honestly from the beginning. On too of that, they us a thank you note for trying them out. Because of our first experience, we took my husband’s car there. We were pretty sure it needed new brakes (we had bought it used), and it definitely was ready for an oil change. Damian called to tell us that, no, we did not need anything other than our oil changed. Honesty again! We referred my dad to take one of his cars here — and we got a personal thank you note and a package of candy from Damian. I’m so impressed by their true integrity and honesty. I will be using them for everything I possibly can! Thank you, Damian, for running a great business!

Clean, spacious, professional and extremely courteous service. This auto shop is so well furnished and beautiful, that the waiting room looks like a hotel lobby. They made sure I was comfortable with water or coffee and something to read – they even offered to lend me a laptop so I could work, if I wanted. My car was ready soon and the prices were reasonable. They didn’t try to sell me parts or services that I didn’t need. This is my new trusted auto shop!

I recently took both of our vehicles there and felt like we were given an uncommon level of service. Damien and his team really go out of their way to make you feel that they value your business — I love that!

I have a BMW 328xi that is now out of warranty, and wanted to find an alternative to the dealer. I searched and found Integrity. I read the reviews and called, and spoke with Damian. He seemed knowledgeable and courteous. I booked an appt and received a reminder call the night before. I brought in my car for a service light, and Damian had it diagnosed with a full check of the car and systems. He sent me the report and followed this up with a phone call to discuss. It worked out that all that needed to be done was reset the service light, which he did free of charge. The recommendations he made for service were just that — recommendations without the hard sell, which I appreciated. I will take my car back to Damian in the future.
