Adam Willis is a third generation real estate agent and investor. In 2010, he was elected the President and Principal Broker of the real estate company. Currently, Adam is the President of the Utah chapter of NARPM and the rest of the CDA Team focus on being a full-​service property management company and helping clients locate, buy, manage, and sell their investment properties.

I hired CDA properties to manage my property in South Jordan, UT, when my day job made us relocate to Chicago. Adam and CDA properties took good care of it managed the tenets for 5 years and this month helped me sell my house. All I can say is great value for the money and very transparent billing and operations, even on the technology front they are very advanced and I could sign the leases and all the paper work right on my phone, which made it very convenient for me. Would highly recommend CDA service and Adam as a realtor.

My husband and I’ve been a customer of CDA Properties for 5+ years as renters and rental property owners. They have been great to us by making sure we are living comfortably each day in our rental house and taking great care of our rental property. Lori did a great job of selling our property. We highly recommend CDA Properties to anyone who wish to rent through them or to manage your rental property. If we ever go back to Utah again, they will be the first agency we will contact to help us find a new home.

May be good for property owners but terrible for renters. Wouldn’t fix leaky weatherstripping. Tried to charge us a $ 300 cleaning fee when the place had already been cleaned thoroughly, but gave up when I told them to meet me at the property to show me what wasn’t cleaned. Charged us for a missing second remote when only one was given. Charged full water bills for three months that we didn’t reside at the property. Who was there using water?
Scam artists. Renters, stay far away!

CDA helped us sell our home as we were preparing to move into a new home still under construction. The timing was tricky, and we were so grateful for their help and reassurance along the way. They helped us with suggestions of last-​minute touch-​ups, which photos to select and how to word our descriptions to make the house look and sound great; they gave us sound advice about the listing price; and they were invaluable when after only eight days we had two offers and had to negotiate the back and forth of those deals. We would absolutely use them again and recommend them to everyone!

As a landlord/​home-​owner living out of state, CDA and team are able to do everything I’m not able to do remotely in an organized, professional matter. From a monthly detailed statement to my deposit hitting the account on time, they take incredible care of me and my property. The reason why I would recommend them (and continue to use them) is because of their incredible sense of care for their tenants. As liaisons between tenant and landlord, they do a good job at gapping the bridge with fluent communication and expectation setting leaving tenant and landlord happy. A+ CDA!

This company is horrible to rent from. Upon moving into the town home, it was filthy. Many hours were spent cleaning to make it habitable. When we moved out, they charged us for the most ridiculous items that caused us not to receive our deposit back. It is clear that they get rich by being dishonest. Save yourself time and energy by renting elsewhere.

Do not rent from this company. They are extremely dishonest. They use their right of entry completely inappropriately. They are the typical property management company who try to make money on the deposits given by tenants for security and cleaning. If you think it sounds like a good deal, it is a horrible experience in the end. Please be leery of any correspondence with Linda Willis and Shannon Connelly. Though at times they’ll seem genuine, they are part of the money-​making scheme.

When we first hired CDA to manage one of our properties we experienced a few issues such as late payments and them charging for things that were not expected, so the for the first 6 months things were kind of rough. However, in the past year they have improved and we have had no issues with them. Payments are now timely, we receive prompt notices of maintenance requests, and year end tax statements arrive when expected. All in all CDA has been a good management company that we would recommend to others.
