GORGE, an intimate charcuterie restaurant and wine bar, specializes in rustic French cuisine where everything is made in-house. We are open late night and serve a delicious variety of French dishes. From Toulouse style sausages to pates, salads and classic terrines, Chef Elia Aboumrad, formerly of L’Atelier de Joel Robuchon and Top Chef finalist, brings together a unique menu driven by great ingredients and time honored techniques.
Along similarly classic lines, the dessert menu pays homage to the traditional pastry known as «Saint Honore». Pastry Chef, Uyen Nguyen, offers her take on this timeless pastry with a selection of seasonal flavors.
The wine program, directed by Master Sommelier, Darius Allyn, is intrically designed to pair with the food. GORGE specializes in regional French wines and artisanal beers.
