Dried beef that had been cooked to death and quite tasteless. Fusion or non-fusion this place won’t last.

I came here with my parents thinking that this was a place to sit down and have an interesting meal. We came at around 6 pm and were the only people in the place. Fluorescent lights, plastic chairs and tables… that aesthetic is fine for late-night drunk meals, but it felt pretty awkward to us. So we got our food to go. I ordered the ramen burger, and my parents got the nachos, among other things. The burger was pretty good, but also extremely greasy. I wolfed it down and then felt disgustingly full, because I didn’t fully realize beforehand how dense the noodle patties are. That’s my fault, though. Such is the nature of the ramen burger. So while that was at least worth the experience, the nachos were bland and really unappealing. My dad also got a salad in a taco shell bowl that he seemed to somewhat enjoy. Overall, I think this is probably a really solid place if you’re looking for greasy and super-casual, but just know what you’re getting into. We didn’t, and it was rather disappointing.

Fantastic! Finally a place that combines my two favorite foods. The Ramen Burger is a must. Also the tofu burrito was yummy. If your on the sunset strip you must check this place out. It’s a stones throw form whiskey a gogo’s. A nice added bonus is the staff of beautiful and polite ladies. Also it’s A rated… nice.

I think that the ramen burger is probably what really makes Seoulos stand out… but unfortunately I don’t eat red meat so I went for a tofu taco and the shrimp rolls. Originally I was planning to get the mini tacos but the lady behind the counter actually told me the mini tacos are a bit bland and to go for either the burrito or the regular taco, where they can add all sorts of toppings. I definitely appreciated the tip, and that they are making an effort to ensure their customers are happy. The reason that I hadn’t gone for the normal taco in the first place was that it was a bit intimidating… it’s «chipotle» style as some have mentioned, where you pick your ingredients, but I had no idea what Korean ingredients would taste good in a taco(this being my first time having Korean Mexican fusion and all). I gave her free range to do whatever she wanted with my taco. I like spicy and didn’t have a problem with any of the options, so go for it. Go for it, she did. the taco came out covered with pretty much everything. yet I still found it to be a bit bland. It wasn’t bad, it just wasn’t great. Probably not something I’d get again. The shrimp rolls were also a bit disappointing. They had shrimp and lettuce and nothing else. Again, not bad, since the sauces(a peanut one and a sriracha one) were very good, but the rolls themselves were pretty basic. Also note that this is definitely a take out /fast food place… there’s only a few tables and we sat by the fountain machine which was a bit awkward any time someone filled up their drink. My bf had the mongolian noodles with chicken which was better than what I had; the chicken was higher quality then what you get in some of those other Asian rice or noodle dishes. I’d be willing to give Seoulos another try since I appreciate the concept and the effort and I think I could order better, although I’m not sure how well they are going to do in this Sunset location(apparently they just moved from K Town).

I really dont understand what all the fuss is about… Had the ramen burger, it wasnt that great. My gf is Korean, Real FOB Korean not americanized Korean and said it was nothing special and can easily be made at home, i agree. We also had the Cheese fries Supreme with Galbi, its all cheesy goodness but thats all you tasted, the meat lacked flavor and you cant just toss diced tomatoes and onions and call it Mexican infused… All in all i would never go back but i can at least say i’ve had it and it wasn’t worth my time :/

Korean food in WeHo is like manna from the heavens. Seoulos might not serve the best korean food but at the same time it’s the only korean food in the area. They have daily specials which breaks up the monotony and is always nice. Here’s what I’ve tried so far. Spam Bowl — Spam, it’s whats for lunch. My favorite. Cheap and easy, just like me. Bibimbap — Good, but its kinda hard to eff up bibimbap. Bulgogi Burrito — The flavors didn’t really come together for me. The kimchi overpowered everything and the meat was lacking in quantity. Maybe it was an off day but I didn’t really dig it. Chicken Bowl(Special) — Chicken had tons of flavor. Hefty portions of avocado, lettuce, and corn. It was good but a bit pricey. Supreme nachos and regular nachos — Delicious processed cheese. Think Smart & Final or ghetto ice cream truck nacho cheese. Yum. Overall I liked most of the food here. A bit pricey but rent is at a premium on the Blvd. I hope they stick around.

Best experience, hands down. This review is way overdue, but since the past 2 months my girlfriend and I couldn’t stop talking about this little gem. My girlfriend and I arrived at the restaurant a little late because we got off work late. And we definitely didn’t want to be those straggler customers who come in 15 minutes right before the restaurant closes. But the owner, Shana, saw the uncertainty in our faces, and insisted we come inside and enjoy their food. We got too excited for our own good. Ramen burger, bibimbap, bulgogi fries, and fried kimchi balls attracted our eyes off the bat. The food came out speedy, and the employees put no pressure on us to leave any earlier than comfortable. Shana had such a warm and welcoming personality and even gave us a complimentary soda for being first time guests. We were speechless by the level of customer service, we felt like we were eating at their own house with how hospitable they were. Definitely coming back, this time before closing, and bringing more people to share in our joy.

Living in the vicinity for 3 years, the food selection is kind of limited. So glad this place opened. I tried their burrito and ramen burger, really good. Love the spice balance. It’s a big on the hot/spicy side but that’ how I love it. The staff is really nice and they really try hard to please the customers. Can recommend this place anytime.

I’ve been here twice now since I live in the hood ;) First time I had the pork plate — the food was fine but I felt the pork wasn’t spicy enough but they let me upgrade to the kimchi fried rice instead of the brown rice… We also had the kimchi balls — yumm O!!! It was the perfect balance of spice and cheese and crunch Second time I had the kalbi plate — it was perfect; succulent juicy meat, yummy kimchi and brown rice. But it was a bit expensive — with tax, $ 16.50… I also had the kalbi quesadilla — yumm O!!! I’d come back just for that ;) It’s z good neighborhood pl and I’d come back again

So my friend and I were going to an event at the Viper Room last night… but we got there before all of our friends and had time to kill and a stomach to fill. As we walked around Sunset, we came upon this place, took one look at their menu, and decided to give it a try. What a great decision! He had the bulgogi burrito, and i had the ramen burger(marinated in bulgogi sauce). Both of these were AMAZING! I tried his bulgogi burrito, which had a great filling size, and it honestly was some of the best bulgogi I’ve ever eaten. Wow. The ramen burger was very flavorful and had a nice size to it as well. It was very filling. I was going to eat half and save half for later, but it was so good I just had to eat the whole thing. Mind you, the ramen bun makes handling the burger a little tricky, but one of the ladies was nice enough to bring me an extra plate, a knife and fork for this… without me even asking! Oh yeah, the two ladies working there when we stopped by last night were SUPER friendly. They kept asking if we were okay, needed anything, and inquired about the food. Super polite and helpful! We will definitely be going here again and highly recommend this place. My college buds back home will have a heart attack when they try their bulgogi. Peace and Namaste to all.

I’ve worked across the street for 3 years and have been condemned to Subway and other limited options the entire time. It has gotten pretty old… I always love trying something new, so when I saw this place pop up I had to try it! First time stopping in I tried their Bulgogi Chimichanga and from there on I have been hooked! I eat at this place sometimes 3 or 4 times a week.

A good friend of mine(who just so happens to be a chef) recommended me this place and I had to try it out. A good Korean spot on this side of town?! Count me in. Went there for lunch today and had their bibimbap with galbi jjim. Solid portion and it was delicious. Reminded me of how Mom used to make for me. Our table also tried the kimchee ball appetizer. Deep friend kimchee fried rice with cheese? It was really damn good. Looking forward to coming back and trying the other stuff they got on the menu!

Favorite lunch option around my building. Ordered many times and consistently love the food. Get the Asian-Mexican food truck experience without the food truck. And it looks like a nice, family-run company. I love getting a burrito with the soy-ginger sauce, fried rice, and gabli beef. I mix up the veggie toppings and I never go wrong. Of course, you’ve gotta try the ramen burger. Be ready: It’s a little messy but if you’re careful it’s manageable, and incredibly delicious!

They used to be right down the street from me in Koreatown. I was a little bummed that they moved, but I’m glad they’re getting more exposure. This place is basically the Chipotle version for Korean/Mexican fusion. You choose your own toppings, meat, etc. I always get the burrito with kimchi fried rice, bulgolgi, lettuce, corn salsa, sprouts, cheese, mild salsa, and the avocado sauce. AMAZING every time. Also try the kimchi balls! Soooo good! The dipping sauce is also amazing. Not sure what exactly it is. Maybe something cheesy but it’s delicious.

They serve Mexican dishes. The serve Korean dishes. But to me, it’s the Mex-Korean fusion that gives it the fives stars. You want to try something different? A meal you have never tasted before ANDIT’S DELICIOUS? Try the fusion here. Me and Tushar had the following: Kimchi balls Kimchi/garlic noodle chicken burrito Bibimbop Excellent. Fast and friendly. A $ 20 meal for two which is cheap for this area. Welcome to LA, Seoulos! Can’t wait to come back!

I just tried this place for lunch. It is very close to my office. I ordered chicken tostada. The tostada shell was crispy but it was stinky. I am pretty sure the oil they used was very old. It was so bad that i couldn’t even finish what’s inside my tostada. People who manage this place were very nice and i understand that they are not very busy but they should not be using such old oil for their food. I hope they will see my comment and change their weeks old oil.

This is a pretty solid Mexican Korean Fusion spot in West Hollywood. I had the galbi burrito. Excellent! The Ramen Burger is good but messy. I would probably give this place 4.5 stars but this part of LA is in desperate need for food like this, so I’m giving it 5! The people are super friendly and I really want to see this place succeed.

This is a fast bite of Korean food away from Korean town. I’ve always been intrigued by the top ramen burgers… I finally took a bite. I had the bibimbap which is a Korean favorite of mine. I’ll treat this spot as a healthier Korean fast food spot since it’s close to home. Here are other things I look forward to trying here

So I was completely drunk last night at the Rainbow and didn’t feel like buying their overpriced food so I wandered around Sunset and came across Seoulos! I ordered the ramen burger and fries and it was fantastic! Not only was the food good but the customer service was great. Friendly staff, also quickly giving me refills on water which was a super bonus! ANDANDAND… they had a TV playing maroon 5’s top hits. MEGABONUS. Couldn’t believe they just opened 2 weeks ago, but I believe they will be in business for a long time… great place. I would definitely come back!

While working in Ktown, a co-worker of mine brought me a Seoulos, galbi/kimchi fried rice burrito during lunch one day and it blew my mind. I’d only had Korean Mexican fusion cuisine via taco truck and this was on another level. Once I located their discrete, Ktown mall food court location I became a regular. I wanted to try burritos with different meats, veggies and sauces each time and I still haven’t tried everything! Spicy bean paste, creamy avocado cilantro and creamy sriracha are my favorite sauces thus far. Their Mexican salsa is amazing as well, the perfect balance of fresh flavor and heat. Their amazing ramen burger with kimchi and fried egg became my new favorite prior to them leaving for their new location. I can’t wait to further explore the menu of this fairly priced, gem of a restaurant now in Weho. Shana definitely knows what she’s doing! :)
