They are friendly and professional. Been going to this office for many years with different Dentists. The new Dentist and the staff made me feel welcome. I will continue to go back to them and recommend others to do the same.

I have to share my wonderful experience– usually terrified of visiting the dentist. I can’t express enough how caring, patient and friendly the doctors and staff are. Immediately upon entering, everyone was so attentive. I really appreciate that they were not pushy for me to have unnecessary work done. I did it because of their honest attitude! Definitely will recommend to all my family and friends !

This is a new dentist for me, was a little nervous but much to my surprise I had a great experience. I am a satisfied and happy customer, not only with the dental work but with the great customer service…

Had 2 extractions done here, front office staff were great in making me feel comfortable, they explained the process of the extractions & the healing. The up front knowledge really made me feel i had made the right choice, thanks Kathy ! RDA Kim & Dentist took care of business had me in and out in a lil over an hour!
Can’t get that kind of service at commercialized offices .
Will definitely recommend this place to anyone.

Smile center dental office, the staff the dental work was great good service all around .its very hard to find a good dental office.

I have been coming here for 30+ years. When Dr. Ong was the owner and primary dentist, everything was just great!
However, due to her personal situation and having sold the business, Dr. ‘Nik’ falls far short.
I went in to have a crown looked at, and he reviewed looking at the crown — fine. The sad part was he missed an obvious cavity on another tooth that I later noticed at home. For this 5 minute review, my insurance was charged $ 72.00
I made another appointment to return. At the next appointment, they indicated I needed new x-​rays before they could do any work. I am a notorious gagger and nothing they did would stop me from gagging. As a result, no x-​rays were taken and no teeth worked on. Crazy isn’t it? For this visit my insurance was again charged $ 72.00.
They indicated they could have someone come in at a cost of $ 1,200 per hour to sedate me since they were not equipped. Not good. I said let’s try it again on another occasion — again, I gagged, no x-​rays or work done. Another $ 72.00 charge.
No way was I going to pay for this specialized sedation at my current dentist since they were not properly equipped. I was now between a rock and a hard place. What do I do?
Clearly I needed an alternative. You have to be crazy to pay that kind of money. I went on line using the internet and looked for someone who was more high tech and possessed the necessary sedation tools to get these teeth fixed, without charging me a king’s ransom.
I found another dentist by using Unilocal reviews. They gave me nitrous oxide and just like that, no more gagging, 3 teeth drilled, and they were cleaned. I am so very happy I went elsewhere otherwise I would have paid $ 1200 PER HOUR at Dr. Nik.
Bottom line — I am no longer going to see him. This other dentist, who I will not mention because of Unilocal policy, is SO MUCH BETTER!!!
I will also have my wife and son drop seeing him. He is no Dr. Ong!

I recently completed my invisalign braces with Dr. Ong. She is very sweet, I like that she will small talk with you, and remembers little things about you personally.
My treatment was good, and I think the price was fair. Dr. Ong really seemed to want to make sure that I was pleased with the outcome, and gave me good and honest suggestions on what type of retainer to chose once my treatment was finished. Her office was recently remodled and looks really good. Her office is super clean, and you can tell that she is a lady who pays attention to details.
It is a small thing, but she also has a little beverage and snack area for her patients, which is sort of funny, since who wants to eat or drink something before seeing the orthodontist? Nice gesture, though. Her assitants are great too, they really seem to know what they are doing…
I would definitly recommend her to anyone looking for orthodontia!

I’m a bit picky with all my health care services, especially with my dentist since I often pay for the consequences of ignoring symptoms and not flossing (mostly for not flossing though).
With that said, I’m more than satisfied with the service provided by this office. The entire staff has a very upbeat and positive energy, which is always very helpful when you’re going in for some of that dreadful dental work.
The office is extremely clean and is full of all these high tech tools to better diagnose and solve problems. Dr. Ong even uses an iPad to show me blown up pictures of my teeth from multiple angles to help me understand whats going on!
In addition to the technology, it seems that the entire staff is constantly trained with new techniques and updated with the latest studies of all things related to our teeth.
I don’t make a ton of money or anything, but I pay extra out of pocket to go to Dr. Ong because my dental insurance does not provide coverage for her office. Have full confidence in having all your dental needs taken care of by this office!
