Established in 1996.

Like many ambitious real estate investors I thought I would buy real estate, find some renters to cover the costs, and I would soon be super rich. Boy was I wrong. In 1992, I began purchasing real estate on my own and with partners. I only had 36 apartment units, but the management nightmare I was dealing with was not in the books I had read. So I hired a property management company, and then another, and then another. By the end of the first year, I was on the verge of bankruptcy due to these incapable property management companies. So I decided to manage them myself. I took courses in management, real estate law, and worked closely with a management Guru, and within 3 months I was able to lease all the units and reduce expenses by 30%. In 1996 I became a real estate broker, and many of my clients at seeing our success wanted me to manage their properties, so Bos Commercial & Responsive Property Management was born.

Business Owner

I have been involved in construction and property management most of my life. Being the son of a Real Estate Developer and contractor, I learned construction at a young age. In 1991 I graduated with a Degree in Business Administration from Loyola Marymount University, with an emphasis in Finance and Accounting. Soon after I began investing in Real estate, and creating syndication to purchase larger properties. In 1996 I became a licensed Real Estate Broker, specializing in Investments, Leasing and property management. Today our company manages hundreds of residential units, Homeowner’s and Business associations, and over a million square feet of commercial property.
