I contacted Brad because we had a pest infestation at our vacant rental property. We agreed on a day the following week but his technician showed up the day before. Since I live more an hour away, I could not come over to open the door for him. I asked him whether he could come back the next day, technically the day we had agreed on, but he was very RELUCTANT. I ended up giving him the combo of the lock box so he could spray the inside of the house. He told me that after he was done, he would leave me an invoice inside the house as a proof he was there. However I showed up the next day and didn’t find an invoice. I didn’t hear back from them for the next couple of weeks so I just assumed that the work was never done.
Then 3 weeks after, Brad called me asking me to pay for their service. The very same week, we found the same pest again inside our house so legitimately, I asked Brad whether the work was ever done. He became very DEFENSIVE, CONDESCENDING and RUDE.
After a very frustrating conversation, we had agreed that since the work was still under warranty, they would send another technician to have the house sprayed again. Before we agreed on a date and time, I wanted Brad to get a picture of the pest we were dealing with so his technician could use the right chemicals this time. I double checked with him the number I could send my picture to and then I told him I would call him back right after. And this is when it all went downhill.
I tried to call Brad right after and then throughout the day, leaving him multiple messages but he never picked up the phone again and he never called me back. Talking about being PASSIVE AGGRESSIVE! In my last message of the day, I told him that since I could not reach him and use my warranty, I would use another company and that I would leave a review on Unilocal.Sure enough, since having 5 stars on Unilocal is part of his marketing speech, he called me right back. He told me he had been busy with customers (for 6 hours straight Brad? yeah right!), that he never received my picture (even though I double checked the number with him) and that this time he would send me the owner of the company (who did you send me the first time? obviously someone who didn’t do his job) I told him that it was too late, that he had been very UNPROFESSIONAL and that I didn’t want to deal with him anymore. I told him that I would spare him a bad review on Unilocal if he left me alone but until today, he is still HARASSING me with emails asking me to pay for a service he didn’t provide. So here you go Brad, you get what you asked for.
I ended up using another company that I found on Unilocal,an honest company, and sure enough, our pest infestation is resolved.

Super professional company. Really felt like they cared about my rodent situation. Jose was my field technician and broke down the process of what he thought of the situation. They were easy to book and always came on time (For consultation and for service) will definitely be calling them again.

I called Primate Pest Elimination when I heard an uninvited house guest (a mouse) that decided to move in one of my garage walls. I believe Brad took my call, he was friendly, informative and set up an appointment for the next day with Kenny. Kenny, was professional and even early to the appointment. Told him about my uninvited guest, we went over a few different options and within a few mins he was on the job. Kenny gave me the worst and best case scenario. He informed me that within a few days my uninvited guest should no longer be an issue. He also told me to call him back in the next week if I still heard the mouse and we would put another plan in action. Kenny was right and the best case scenario played out! He stated that I would hear less activity in a few days and I could possibly find the mouse dead in the middle of my garage… and that’s exactly what happened! Last thing I wanted was a dead mouse in my wall, job well done! Primate Pest Elimination is trustworthy and affordable!

Primate pest elimination is the best! Couldn’t imagine calling anyone else for our pest control needs ever again, why would we need to when we can call Kenny! Brad is also great, although we have never met him in person he is also extremely informative and helpful. They truly want to help u and I definitely agree with all the other reviews about them. Kenny is honest trustworthy patient affordable (he does not charge to visit your house and guide you on how to solve your problem) gives great advice and service. Thank you Kenny!

I got service from this guy almost a year ago. He is super nice and someone you would want to have a beer with or watch a football game with.
He got rid of my ant problem, and he exceeded our expectations. The bottom line is if you want your pest problem solved, quickly, from a guy who seems honest and friendly and does a great job then you should call him up. You will not be disappointed.
I waited almost a year to put up a review because I wanted to see how effective his treatment was. I am satisfied. If I see an ant even look at me funny I am giving him a call and likely giving him another 5 star review.

After 6 years of trouble free living in our house, we suddenly developed a rat problem! We made an appointment with Primate Pest Elimination and Kenny showed up (a bit late but still within reason).
He was friendly and extremely knowledgable. After a quick inspection of the house, he quickly identified several spots where the rats could have been entering the house (broken chimney ash door, some torn screens for the crawl spaces, and a bent screen door). He then strategically laid down some rat poison, knowing that we have a toddler and a dog in the house.
A few days later, the problem was gone, Voila! Kenny performed a follow up check (a bit late again, but we’ve gotten to know him more like a friend so it’s not a real problem). It’s been a month now and still no sign of rats.
We highly recommend Primate Pest for any pest control. Great staff, professional, effective and by the way, prices are quite reasonable too.

They provide excellent service! We used them few weeks back and noticed there are still few bugs around the house. Called them and they came back for another service which was covered by their warranty. Ken arrived early and he was courtesy and friendly. He sprayed the house thoroughly again. Very happy with their service. Will definitely use them again.

We have a rat issue in the attic and the garage. Liked the reviews I read on Unilocal so I called Primate Pest. Cal was awesome! Came right on time. He checked out the house and found several areas where the rats could be getting in. He was very informative. Basically we need a new roof to really solve our problem. So, 5 stars because he was on time, informative, detailed, and he didn’t think I was a psycho for asking so many questions to put my mind at ease.

My house had an ant problem. Ants overran the bathroom, my study, and the kitchen. Somehow, the ants even found their way into my closet and my bed. I tried to treat the problem by spraying the house with Raid and covering everything in bait gels. No good. I needed a professional.
Logically the only way to be rid of these little bastards once and for all was to destroy the colony nest. I thought that the exterminator would have a better solution than spraying and gelling the house. I thought Primate Pest would locate the nest.
They showed up at my house with a spray and a tube of bait gel. I thought, «Oh hell no!» They assured me that spraying and gelling works and that Primate would re-​treat the house if the ant problem persisted. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and let them do their thing.
1 week later, there were no signs of any ants. Not one. I guess spraying and gelling does work. Now… how do I get some of that industrial strength pesticide?

Very good. They came out and did a full service. No added pressure, everything was exactly what they said it would be. Highly recommended.

This review is a bit over due!
Kenny has come to my house ¾ times. There are several reasons I love these guys. First and most importantly for me, he uses chemicals that are NOT TOXIC to my dogs! Second I have Pit-​Bulls and he loves them all, they all love him. No judgement or fear.
It’s a family business, I believe it’s really important to support the little guys (that’s what America is supposed to be about) and they have great customer service and satisfaction. He’s not one of those guys that wants to come in and kill everything in site (unless you ask him too). I like some creatures to stay.
I will not use any other company. They have my business as long as I live in this area.

Update: great customer service, turns out there was technical problem. Once they got my message, they called me back and came a couple days later. Glad to have a go-​to company for our pest concerns. Thank you Kenny and team!

We had a severe ant problem affecting our kitchen, bathroom and living room. I hate the idea of chemical sprays around our home since we have young children and pets. So for years, we fought the ants ourselves and they must have built a colony underneath the home, because they still infested the kitchen while ant trails leading to the home were already taken out.
Kenny was friendly, courteous, and had the utmost confidence that our ant problem would be eliminated. They used the standard Onslaught spray outside and the «natural» citrus spray from Essentria inside our 2800 sq ft home on a hill. They charged $ 170 but we used the Unilocal deal, so it was $ 150 for the first time. They also offer a quarterly treatment for $ 105 and there is no contract. They also have a 30 day «guarantee» where they will come out to respray if necessary.
Kenny was not rushed at all and took the time to answer all questions. He spent a good hour at our home and came out on Friday noon, so maybe he’s in less of a hurry at that time? I had doubts about the effectiveness of the natural spray and whether they could get at all the areas in the kitchen because the ant were coming from behind our cabinets, which is usually inaccessible. So, I guess time will tell.
Both Brad and Kenny thought the sprays would not be harmful to people. I usually develop a reaction in my throat around these sprays and when Kenny applied the spray, my reaction to the sprays occurred again. So, these sprays are still pretty potent. Out of abundance of caution, we all spent the night at a relative’s home, pets included. He also recommended not using the sprinklers or wiping the tables for a while, which was good advice to me.
It’s been just a couple days, but so far so good. Ants are gone from the trouble spots inside the house. I’ve seen a few straggler ants outside, particularly around a ant hive that was treated. If nothing else, the sheer hours of time we have saved not battling these ants daily have made calling pest control well worth every penny spent.

Before Treatment: Very responsive, set up schedule right away
During Treatment: Echoing several other Unilocalers here: Very fast, took 30 mins to do entire house (1,536 Sq ft). When asked specific questions in regards to Roaches, was unable to answer them.
After Treatment: Saw a roach in the home and emailed Primate right away. Has been 15 days already and still no response. The 30 day guarantee doesn’t really work if there’s no response…

Kenny was great! Polite, clean and courteous! This review is late but he did a great job. I had a rodent problem and I called him. He was one of the few that went into all the crawl spaces and did a lot of investigating. Diagnosed the problem and gave me options. Long story short he got em!!! Everyone should give this guy a chance! Thanks Kenny!

We have been having a problem with tiny little ants. Kenny came to our house for a service call and was so nice. He was not only on time but early. We signed up for the quarterly service, and he is taking over our rat control service as well (which is saving us money). Our old company wanted to charge us $ 225 to keep the bait traps and Kenny said he would just bring us new ones as part of the service.
Gina in the office is nice too, and good about emailing — which makes everything easy these days.

I had a major flea problem. He said that he could take care of it. He came out the first time and the fleas were still there. He came out again for a second treatment but it seemed as if he was in a rush. He only spent about 40 minutes and he left. I also didnt like that he had his headphones on and didnt really communicate with me until he was finished.
Anyways after the 2^nd treatment the fleas were still there. I recommend a larger company for flea jobs because they have more resources to eliminate your flea problem. I ended up using isotech and they came out with large equipment and spent about 3 hours treating my backyard, sideyard, and front yard. We are finally flea free.
He’s a nice guy but if you have a large infestation I suggest you higher a larger company, at least for fleas.

Ants!!! Oh those pesky insects! I Unilocaled for an exterminator and the reviews for Kenny were awesome. One person said they hired somebody else who was not reliable and they found Kenny and haven’t looked back. That sold me! I usually look for three to compare but made the call to Kenny and I’m so glad I did!
He came right out within in a few days. He arrived early and called, so was able to get started immediately outside. When we arrived home and he came inside he wore coverings for his shoes. We didn’t have to move a thing! Kenny was very knowledgable about his business and let us know what to expect, saying by three days the ants would be gone. Honestly, haven’t seen one since he left!!! AND, we took advantage of the Unilocal offer and saved $ 20 bucks — too good! If you have an insect problem, call Kenny!
