History

Established in 1988.

My name is Jerry Cullen and I first started cleaning windows for Conejo Valley Window Cleaning in Newbury Park, CA, in 1987. A year later, owner Martin Ennis sold his business and I started my first window cleaning business called Splendid View WC. My next opportunity to expand my business came through a friend of mine who owned a maintenance company named Conejo Associates. He helped me get going by doing the windows on his commercial buildings. I had also built up a small route of storefront businesses and did a lot of construction cleaning for countless builders and architects. In 1996, I moved to West L.A. where I began doing residential homes and large estates exclusively. I have a lot of experience in upscale homes with expensive furnishings, knowing what is safe, what to move, and how to comply with house managers. I have continued steadily since then with all I’ve learned about how to treat my customers right and work with integrity, even through the rough economic times.

In 1987 – 88, while working for the general manager of Rusnak Westlake, Mr. David Pierce, I learned a lot about professionalism that has served me well in my business and personal life. Most important is being clean, neat, punctual, and always keeping my word. Aesthetics, how things look as the work is taking place, and always wanting to make an impression by being detail oriented, are also key to how I approach my work. I never have had to do any marketing because of the solid references I have always received from my clients. I feel my prices are fair, as the market will bear. I consider myself clean, easy-​going, thoughtful, energetic, honest, polite, professional and cheerful. If you decide to hire me for your window cleaning needs, I will take very seriously your trust in me and will conduct myself in the most upright, professional manner, having you and your family’s best interest at heart at all times.
