These guys are great!!! Highly recommend! We had a huge infestation in the attic. Our previous Pest control guy gave up after he pulled 1(one) rat from our attic.
Rodent Masters did a full service: 1. cleaned the attic from old infested insulation, 2. disinfected the attic and sealed all possible enter points, 3. installed new insulation. The whole processes took a little more then a month, with many follow up visits after disinfection stage to make sure there ware no more rats left.
Everything was done very professionally, cleanly and on time, with great detailed communication with Jay and Max throughout the process. They also gave us a very good deal and they were willing to work on the discount.

What: A month after moving into my new home, my family and I found a dead rat in our pool — at first, I was grossed out, and then I soon became angry. I kept thinking, «This is my house, not theirs!» Also, I would later learn that my air ducts were extremely old, covered in some parts by blow-​in insulation, and dirty with years of caked up dust and funk.
Who: I considered using rat poison to handle the situation myself. However, I had second thoughts because I was fearful that my 4– and 2-​year-​old children might accidentally eat the candy-​looking poison nuggets. A friend suggested I contact Terminix Pest Control. What a joke inspection and price estimate they provided! They even promised a follow-​up call, but I have yet to hear back from them. Using my own research, Rodent Masters’ 5-​star Unilocal reviews grabbed my attention, so I called and spoke with Jay. His knowledge of my situation left me feeling comfortable to set up a free inspection.
When: A few days after speaking with Jay, Max and Giovanni visited my home. After careful examination of my attic and foundation crawl spaces, I was convinced they where the right company for the job when Max and Giovanni showed me rat activity behind my dishwasher and oven in my kitchen! Terminix didn’t even bother to investigate in there. Also, Max showed me photos of my old, filthy air duct system. I understood that taking care of that additional problem now would help my family save on utility costs. Six days after speaking with Jay, the rest of the Rodent Masters Team were on-​time, rodent-​proofing and replacing the air duct at my home.
How: The simple truth is that Jay and Max offered reasonable, discounted price estimates. They were understanding and fair by further working within our budgetary limits. The materials used and expert skills have made a tremendous difference. They installed two crawl space doors, four foundation air vents, metal-​wiring and foam sealants from the spaces between walls under the foundation to the ceiling, and roofing vents in the attic. Also, the updated air ducts have increased airflow to every room in my house.
Why: Based on his professional experience (and what I saw first-​hand), Max determined the prior homeowner was covering up a previous rat infestation. The adept action and skill taken by Rodent Masters is evident by the fact that, aside from the rat in the pool BEFORE I called, my family and I have neither seen, nor heard, a rodent in or around my home since.
Jay, Max, Giovanni, Ramon, and the entire Rodent Masters crew are all decent, hard working guys that are excellent at what they do.

I’m very grateful for Jay, Max and crew. First off, they are very responsive and responded right away with inquiry. Each step in the process of rat eradication was seamless… My stinky, rat infested attic was transformed to a sanitized one that is free from «squatters». I have piece of mind now knowing that the unwanted guests have been evicted and now my attic is fresh and clean. :)

OMG. These guys are awesome!!! We had a really strange smell coming into our master bathroom. We called Rodent Masters based on Unilocal reviews and it’s very obvious why they have 5 stars. We scheduled a free estimate for two days from the day I called. As promised, I received a 30 minutes ETA phone call from Max and he arrived promptly.
He looked around and under our home thoroughly and quickly understood the issue. He gave me a clear idea of what’s going on and our options.
Now for the more than extraordinary part… he pretty much sold me on not paying him to do the work. He said I can totally do it myself and showed me what to do. He did some preventative measures to help alleviate the horrible smell we have (which he explained is unfortunately a dead rat in our insulation or under the flooring… gross!) and placed a trap down and showed me how to place some more. He also showed me how to seal everything up so they can’t get back under our home.
And you wouldn’t believe this but I literally tried shoving money in his pocket and he wouldn’t accept it. I mean, cmon, these type of people don’t exist. But I saw it with my own two eyes. Rodent Masters are not just amazing at extermination… they literally made me feel better about the world!

This is a great company from stem to stern. I’m just going to lay out the facts, you decide.
Showed up right on time, looked at our problem, determined it was one mouse, refused to charge and suggested Victor Power Kill traps (said he’d have left one if he hadn’t just run out!). Checked the roof and the attic as well, charged nothing. I asked «are you sure you don’t want to charge for a service call?» and he repeated that, no, he didn’t feel like we’d received any extermination services, just pass along our experience and that’d be fine. There were no signs of mouse entry or mouse poop on the roof or in the attic, so that was that. I set out the traps as instructed and in the morning our mouse was no more. No problems since.
Needless to say if this had been a plumber or electrician we’d have written a check for $ 125+. This is an exceptional company and I’d call them again in an instant, except that they seem to have permanently solved our mouse problem, and didn’t charge a dime for it.

I thought it was the least I could do to give a Unilocal review for Max and his crew since he came to check out a mouse intrusion at our house and determined there was no infestation, just a gap under the door we needed to get fixed. He looked in the crawl space, checked all the possible spots for entry and looked for trails etc but ultimately said we shouldn’t pay him anything — there’s nothing he needed to do once we got the door fixed. Thank you so much Max! I hope I don’t have to call you again but I wouldn’t hesitate to in the future or recommend your services to everyone. These guys were friendly, efficient and really honest.

Rodent Masters really do the job well. They are fast, come immediately, thorough, and friendly. They returned promplty when our critters got craftier. Now ALL holes are barred. They cannot return. Thanks Rodent MASTERS!

After reading the reviews, I couldn’t believe this company could be that good, but they are and then some! After mistakenly leaving my back door open for some time, I saw droppings upstairs and freaked out. I was sure I had critters galore. Not only did Max come immediately that day, he set traps and said he wasn’t going to charge me as I really didn’t have an infestation. When the rat outsmarted the trap, he actually came again to my house to inspect, spray, and reset. He wouldn’t take any money for this follow-​up call either. I was stunned.
An honest, effective, and responsive company. You can’t get better than that.

Our story:
One night in April 2015, we heard skittering and chewing sounds in our walls. Rats!
I checked Unilocal for recommendations, and saw that Rodent Masters are highly rated.
I called in the morning, spoke to Max. He was at our property in the early afternoon to inspect. Max put on full haz-​mat gear and went into our attic, taking photos to show us. (Since our attic access is through the linen closet, I was impressed that Max first carefully covered everything with plastic sheeting to protect our belongings.)
Yes — rats had moved into our attic. Ugh! Max then inspected the perimeter of the house and located both the access points, and additional rat nests hidden in the shrubbery. We got a very reasonable estimate for service, and scheduled for the next morning.
The Rodent Masters team did an excellent job, again first protecting all the carpets and access areas with plastic sheeting. Dressed in full haz-​mat suits, they cleaned, disinfected, de-​odorized, blocked rat accesses, in the attic. The outdoor rat nests were removed as well.
They cleaned up everything after they were done, and took away all the contaminated materials. Max came back the next day to inspect the work, check on the traps, place new ones, and generally keep an eye on the situation.
We are very happy with the end result, a clean & rat-​free home. Rodent Masters has a 5 year guarantee as well.
A few days ago, we noticed a vent at the side of the house with a ripped screen. I emailed Max, heard back within minutes, and he came by to look and fixed it right away. While he was here, he also did another check of the attic to be sure everything was still clean and sealed.

I used this company last month and I have to say they are PERFECT! They did a great job, I had some other issues and they took care of it as well. These guys are honest and professional. We had some rats in the house that we trapped but to be sure we called Rodent Masters. They came the same day and evaluated the property for free and determined that we did not have an infestation and likely had no more rats — they said they’d be back immediately if any more appeared but confirmed the perimeter of the house was totally sealed. Less honest contractors would have charged a fee. Highly recommended!

Great company! I recommend this company without any reservations! A few days ago my daughter and wife stormed into my office room screaming and yelling… they saw a mouse in the kitchen. I called Rodent Masters and was told that Max would stop by same day (yes, same day) between 2:00 PM and 3:00 PM. By the way, Rodent Masters does NOT charge for inspection. Around 1:40 PM i received a phone call from Max saying that he is in the neighborhood and he could stop by. Max came in and inspected the kitchen, an attic and my patio. He couldn’t find any traces of infestation although he has shown me several holes from which rodents could access my house. Since I just recently completed an Attic Insulation almost 90% of all the holes were sealed. Max recommended to take care of the remaining holes myself if I wanted to save the money. He even gave me a metal mesh to cover the holes and didn’t charge me a penny! Max gave me several great tips and even showed me all the holes in my house that I had to seal! I cleaned the kitchen, sealed all the holes and set 2 mousetraps. Next day, voila! Mousetrap did it job! Family is happy, my wallet even happier!

3 weeks ago I had a dinner with friends at home, for my luck, through a friend of mine I met one of the owners of Rodent Masters. Talking about what we all do for a living, Max told me about what he does… Next thing I know… my dear friend: Mr Raccoon is not making noises in my attic anymore, thanks to Max, Rodent Masters, and the crew that they sent to my home and fixed what needed to be fixed…

Got to write this review because these guys deserve it. I been fighting with rats for long time, other companies tried to fix the problem with bombs and traps only. Surely a waste of time and money. I heard my neighbor talking about Rodent Masters, about the type of work and good job the company did in his home. So I told my husband to called them. They have a great costumer service, very informative and they will book you super fast. I am very impressed with the guys that worked in my house, they were friendly, respectful and they left no mess around. These guys were all over my place fixing and patching every hole. I haven’t seen any rodent yet and i am sure i won’t see them again anytime soon. I totally recommend these guys.

I know one of the guys who started this company because years ago he serviced my old place on the hill (in Chatsworth).
Luckily I saved his cell and recently had to contact him because my new place seemed to have some unwanted intruders stopping by for winter.
I wasn’t surprised to find out he now has his own company, and I firmly believe his prices are fair. As far as costumer service goes I am thoroughly satisfied, from setting the appointment, to their timeliness (ok. they where 5 min. late, but still!)and their capability to inform me about every step thee would take.
I will def. Use them again if the need arises, and will recommend them to anyone in need.

These guys are a joke,
Not to mention all there Unilocal seem identical and very fake.
I looked them up they have only been in business for 2 months, they don’t have a license or insurance. How can they give a 5 year guarantee if they just opened up. I asked them to check my attic because I’ve been hearing noises and they came down telling me I have all these rats up there and that my attic is all full of rat feces. They quoted me $ 8300 to handle this issue. I’m assuming it’s because I live in a nice area and the cars in my drive way seem expensive. Not cool at all. Why should we pay more money then other people just because
We seem wealthy. That’s not all, when I called another company from Unilocal to get a second opinion they came out and inspected the house and informed me that the problem was very new and could be handled with a simple trap that they gave me for free. They took photos of my attic and convinced me that I don’t have a single dropping up there and that who ever was here telling me that I do have a problem clearly was dishonest.
I don’t recommend this company at all. And I’m filing a police report as well as complaining to the pest control board and the public attorneys office.
I will make sure that no one in the future will be tricked by these guys.
Max is a liar, call someone else, anyone but them.

Many companies I had called charging me $ 80 and up for an assessment, when I saw a rat in the garden of the house I was sitting, I wanted to know for sure if they were they came from, and how to explain this situation. I called some companies and they didn’t even care about my problem just the money. And I have never have confront a problem like this so i found Rodent Masters…
Max came out and checked entire place and looked at the basement; that’s when he told me that we didn’t have infestation, not even that. He was honest and shoe me proof. I was impressed with how honest he was — he said there was no infestation issue and did not recommend that we do anything at all. How often does that happen. NEVER
On top of this, he told me it may had slip in or something and how to be awere with some signs.

I had Rats problems and I called Rodent Masters last Monday. Over the phone they where so friendly and sounded like they knew what they are doing, they offered a Free inspection so Max came to the house Tuesday and he did a full inspection.
He took pictures and showed to me the gravity of the situation. He explained the process and how they will solve the problem. On the spot, he quoted me, also he gave me a 10% discount!
Yesterday His crew came, they were friendly and professionals. It was a battle but they finished on time… Thank you Rodent Masters for a great experience! Now the family can enjoy a healthy environment! I wish no illness would come in the way where children live and therefore I decided to write this review. I hope it helps someone else
