So the acai bowl is very inconsistent here. Came here a couple of times and today is my last. I give them credit for my complicated orders though. The first time It was morning, no one was there and I ordered two bowls and the presentation was great and the acai mix was all the way to the top. The second time It was lunchtime ordered one big bowl and I was satisfied but to much honey and a sprinkle of granola. I was alright with it because they were kinda busy so I’ll let it slide. But this morning no one was there and apparently they got rid of the large size and only have the regular one. I was shocked when I got my order. Half filled acai and the toppings didn’t even reach the rim of the bowl. I ordered three but still it’s so tiny for five bucks.

The young workers that are here don’t know what they are doing and messed up my order twice. Never coming back to this location again

Came in with my family craving a quick snack. My daughter wanted something with strawberries and blueberries yet the majority of the smoothies are made with bananas(she has a slight allergy to bananas) we explained the situation of wanting to get a smoothie with her favorite fruits yet without bananas. The cashier was kind to give us plenty of options and also to substitute the banana with something else. GREAT! The back understood and little did I know that for someone who has an allergy the smoothies are prepared with a little more EXTRA care. I was very pleased. They took my daughters wants and put her health in mind and came out with a tasty drink for her. I appreciate the customer service and how professional they were with our situation. Thank you jamba juice!

Green tea matcha blast yumm But not so healthy Googled what to order from Jamba Juice well actually(I asked Siri) And I’m attempting to try the new menu which in particular-the pumpkin and almond milk etc drink … Drum rollllll Omg it’s actually good! It’s not too sweet like their original pumpkin seasonal drink the pumpkin smash and it is on the healthier side! I always get good service here! Thank you!!!

Kind of disappointed with this Jamba Juice. About a month ago I had this experience. They weren’t even closing and one of the employees here gave me extreme attitude. I asked for a Tropical Colada(which I get very often now) and it was watered down. I asked the attitude girl to make it for me again but I asked nicely. I never ask to make drinks again but this was just really bad. Then she said«Well it’s supposed to be like a slushy». And I told her I never got it like that before. It was melted! Anyways, she rolled her eyes and I waited as she made it «better». She didn’t even apologize and just gave me the drink and walked away. It still tasted bad. :(Never coming to this location again. Which I’m sure they don’t care about anyways.

I love the different drinks they offer. Today is Labor Day and before we ordered our 2 drinks the cashier told us it would be a 20 min wait. I am not sure why the long wait. All is see is about 2 people ahead of us.

Called in our order, Amanda got it right but she didn’t fill our cups. Id understand if there wasnt anything left in the blender, but there was enough to fill half of a new cup. It would also be nice if her nametag were visible and not as grumpy as she was.

If you want great service in the morning, this isn’t the spot for you. Came by to get breakfast before school and according to the paper on the window, they open at 7. I can tell you that wasn’t the case yesterday morning. Got to the parking lot at 705 and there were no cars in sight. Doors were locked, lights weren’t on, blinds were down. Will I still be returning here? There’s a good chance since the smoothies are phenomenal. but, I’m not sure about returning in the morning

Honestly I’d give this Jamba Juice one star if it wasn’t for the fact that I ended up liking the drink the girl confused mine with. When I first arrived the guy working there proceeded to take his time doing god knows what before even taking my order, then he just stood there and waited another few minutes while undecided customers stood around. Instead of having the other person working with him start the drinks us customers had to stand around and wait on him. I clearly stated that I wanted a strawnanaberry smoothie, which he seemed to understand.(it’s simply a strawberry and banana smoothie with a little bit of apple juice) Then next thing you know another employee is making my drink, calls my name and it’s nowhere near what I ordered. I got a drink with blueberries and hardly any banana… I ended up liking the drink which is why this review gets two stars. I’ve never been to this Jamba before and I’m not sure if I’ll be heading back… Who knows maybe I’ll give it another shot.

I enjoy getting Jamba Juice very much. It’s always refreshing and delicious. Unfortunately this Jamba Juice is terrible. I was perfectly fine with this location until one day I had a very bad experience. Now I never want to go again. First of all, before I ordered there were little sample cups for a certain drink. I picked one up and then noticed a hair inside it. Gross! I didn’t mention it to the workers and decided to just let it go and just get on to ordering. Then comes the bad part. I ordered my drink and the girl taking my order seemed to be in her teen years and from the start was rude to me and had attitude. When giving her the money for my drink she said they didn’t have enough change and that she would get me my change as I waited for my drink. I said okay and went to wait. Then a few minutes later she comes over and gives me a few cents, five dollars short on what my change actually was. She only gave me the cents part of my change and not the bills. Before I could say anything she had walked back to the register. So I went over there and explained to her how I was still five dollars short and she rejected what I was saying and basically implied that I was lying. She insisted that there were no five dollars and that she had given me all my change. The other employee asked her if she was positive and she just kept insisting that she was sure and that I was wrong. Keep in mind that this whole time she was speaking to me in a very impolite tone and giving a lot of attitude. I wasn’t going to lose five dollars when that’s more than what my drink even cost. So they said they would call the manager to open up the register and count. He got there and opened the register and counted all the money and sure enough, they had five dollars extra. He gave me my money and was very nice about the whole situation. Unfortunately that didn’t make up for the very rude and hostile teenage employee. Once my drink was finally made, the girl came over and gave me my drink and once again gave attitude. I was very annoyed at the whole situation and on how long it took over something so silly. I hope they let her go because I still have not gone there since. I would give one star, but the times I had gone there before this bad situation, were always perfectly fine with good customer service. I don’t understand how someone so impolite and ill-mannered like her can get a job where you have to talk to people without giving tons of attitude. It made me never want to return.

The Superstarz of the night are Jamze & Alexis at Jamba juice. They are awesome! I went in last night at 5 minutes until closing hoping to get a late nite smoothie and I could see that they were in clean up mode. I went in anyways and they were super friendly and accommodating! Thanks Alexis the Peanut Butter Moo’d Smoothie was amazing! Great recommendation!

My go-to place for a refreshing beverage. Usually order either the Apples & Greens smoothie or Tropical greens juice. My sister loves their Caribbean Passion smoothie. You also have a choice of adding a boost to ur drink like a 3G charger, daily Vitamin, ect… honestly I’ve added the boost and doesn’t do anything for me(it’s all mental). They do offer healthy breakfast options and snacks. but never got the chance to try one. The employees are friendly and always greet me whenever I come in. If you sign up w/Jamba Juice, for every 30 points I believe you get a free boost or discount on ur purchase. They use to have a promo code Buy 1 get 1FREE! They need to bring that back. Nonetheless, even though I could make these concoctions at home, I’ll just go to Jamba Juice for their $ 4.00 smoothies/juices.

I love Jamba Juice and I like to buy smoothies here from time to time. Customer service is usually okay or good– workers are friendly and smile. My main issue is that I feel like the drinks are inconsistent. Sometimes, my smoothie is super watery and sometimes its too thick and other times its perfect. Once, I asked for light sugar and they messed up on that but they were nice and fixed it for me after I brought it up :)

The décor and menu was like all Jamba Juices, the service here was just okay though. From my other reviews, you’ll know that I’m not big on spending money on things I can easily make at home(and for cheaper), but every once in a while, it’s okay to treat yourself out(what I really mean is being lazy). I ordered a regular Orange Dream Machine and B ordered a large Mango a Go Go. His drink wasn’t the best, you can tell that the fruit were not ripe and it made the drink sit on more of the bitter side. He wasn’t too happy about it especially since he got so much of it. My Orange Dream Machine was tasty, which I was happy about. Of course, B ended up taking mine and being the good girlfriend, I endured the bitter, unripen mango sludge. Oh, customer service-wise, not the greatest. The cashier did not know how to use the register. We paid with a gift card, and not only did she have to call over two separate employees to assist her, she said that she couldn’t accept my gift card. The only reason she took it was because I asked her to try again, I was positive there was money on there. Also, though it didn’t pertain to me, what kind of smoothie place«runs out of bananas». About three other customers in the shop were told to substitute bananas in their bowls for another fruit because they were out. There was a grocery store in the same plaza, go buy some. Just kidding, I guess it happens? Like I said, I’m not big on Jamba but I guess it was alright.

I’ve usually go to my regular Jamba Juice but I was in a hurry and I decided to stop by as it is close to work. When I went inside I asked for a pamphlet with the menu to take with me to work so my coworkers and I could order in the future they told me that they didn’t have any. Fine. I ordered my usual large Caribbean Passion. Normally the drink is supposed to have a lot of ice and be almost like a slush… what I got was a diluted watery mess. I won’t be returning to this Jamba Juice. I think I’ll just stick to the Jamba Juice close to the house!

3.5 stars… I woke up craving a green juice with pineapple in it. Knowing that it was an odd request, I checked out the Jamba Juice menu and low & behold there it was… tropical greens juice. Although this appeared to only have pineapple as the sweetener, it tasted just a little too sweet for that to have been true or they just put a lot of pineapple in it. In either case, I wish they had more green juice options that didn’t have so many fruits added to it. This particular location wasn’t very busy when I went it but they were still slow even though 3 people were working. Right when I walked up, I was confused by the menu because it’s not laid out neatly and in an easy to read format so I asked the girl for some recommendations. She gave a few options & I chose one. After I paid and she was helping the next person, I saw that she offered the guy a sample! Uhhh excuse me! Would have been nice to have offered that to me especially since I was so indecisive about what I wanted.
