This location is so convenient for me. Scott is helpful, knowledgeable, personable and funny. He was willing to try fix my phone but when we found it was not repairable he was patient in explaining my options. He applied my upgrade and gave me every discount available. Scott resolved all my issues and made it a great experience!

Definitely coming here from on. Scott was super helpful and made the whole experince much more Enjoyable. (It was black Friday and when we had to call customer service they were lagging. And top of that there were two other parties that needed help and Between him and the other guy there we were all being taken care of. Definitely recommend this place!

This place is awesomeeeee! The guys here were so incredibly helpful and so nice and just all around awesome. I had a couple of bad experiences with other verizon stores which is why I ended up here and having gone through those bad experiences were so worth it! Seriously, if you need anything done… this place is the way to go.
