I really liked or here.
First timer.
Very clean, very spacious. Good size parking.
A lot of windows.
The man behind the country answered all of our questions and was so kind.
Food was delicious

The chili and the Freestyle Coke machine are always good but this location is much worse than others in the same franchise. Prices are 10% higher than rival locations and despite being a relatively new location the dining room is run down, carpets dark colors barely hiding all the dirt on the floors, furniture shabby looking without proper booths, TVs, free WiFi and other amenities I expect from a modern fast food establishment.

Service is slow, messy carpet littered with paper, multiple dirty tables, trash filled to the top. If not for the food we wouldn’t come back, no wonder drive thru is always full.

I guess if you order anything less than a frosty they don’t have to tell you your total, or thank you when you’re leaving. Just cuz I didn’t spend 20 bucks does it mean you need to treat me like s***. Thanks a lot Wendys sure make me feel wanted. Guess I’m kind of glad they have an LED screen that tells me my total or I would think I was getting swindled

I think Dave would have been disappointed with the «Dave’s Hot ‘n Juicy ¼ Lb. Single» w/​cheese (of course) that I received at this location because it certainly wasn’t hot and if it was juicy that was a long time before I received it, this is a place that prides itself on making the burger the moment you order it and not a second sooner but clearly this franchise goes by it’s own rules; the fries were still good and hot though.

Come yall you know what you are getting with Wendy’s, it fairly consistant comfort food. Unfortunately, the price seems to be escalating, thus making future visits questionable. Love the chili and the coke computer soda fountain.

I eat fast food often. Probably way too much actually. or not enough. I noticed a trend after checking in to these fine establishments and that is they all have terrible reviews. Why? These are questions I need answers to.
I’ve been here a few times, and it’s exactly what I expected. I came in for fast food and surprisingly that’s exactly what I got!!! No way!!! I was like hm those Spicy Chicken Nugs look good, and they WERE good. I didn’t stop there, cause I got a Caesar Side Salad and it was perfect — as perfect as a $ 1.49 salad could get. Not wanting to overdo myself I got a Jr. Bacon Cheeseburger and wooooo it was Jr. and a Bacon Cheeseburger indeed.
The food came out so fast, I barely had enough time to pull out my phone to check in and I already received my food. The workers were very nice. They got my order correct and on top of that they even gave me Sweet & Sour sauce after I asked for it. Wow.
Expectations for a fast food restaurant shouldn’t be sky high. Because it’s fast food. It’s not a gourmet restaurant. These reviews need to calm down.

I went to this location expecting to get something fast and consistent with my past experiences at Wendy’s. The first thing I noticed walking in was the B– Rating that they had received. In most cases I should have just turned around and gone elsewhere, but were starving… we expected to get a quick bite and have a nicer dinner later.
Well we ordered chicken nuggets and a Wendy’s Classic Double. After 15 minutes had gone by I asked the girl who had taken our order, what was going on. She said «Sorry, it’s the _​_​_​_​» before she could answer I said, «Let me guess the chicken nuggets.» She quickly replied, «No, its the burgers, they’re having trouble with the burgers.»
I’m thinking «What the Heck?!» I then see a large family that had ordered ahead of us receive their order and then quickly returned with four burgers without bacon. «I’m sorry but our burgers did have any bacon,» the annoyed mother replied.
Things were not going to bode well for us seeing what was going on with those who had ordered ahead of us. I received my burger after 25 minutes and my burger basically was a regular bun, with cheese, ketchup, and they forget my tomato, onion, and lettuce.
Our nuggets that took an eternity to come out were dry, luke warm, and just plain inedible.
Thanks Wendy’s for demonstrating your recipe for success as incompetence and lack of execution. I guess the competition in this plaza breeds failure as the rest of the places in this plaza leave much to be desired as well.
Note to self, if I’m ever going to Home Depot in West Covina or Target, eat a big lunch elsewhere, because the rest of the dining establishments near by are no better than the crappy chicken strips we are forced to scarf down when we’re late for a movie at AMC.
BOO, Fast Food should be consistent, fast juicy, greasy, and satisfyingly unhealthy. The only saving grace were the undercooked salted fries that tasted marvelous in comparison to their dried out rubbery nuggets claiming to be tasty morsels of poultry parts.

Its pretty good. I really like the Pretzel Bread and this location has a Coca-​Cola Freestyle machine which is cool! I’ll have to try some other items.

This Wendy’s is trash. Poor customer service. Takes forever to get your food. And when I did finally get my food, my order was wrong. And the guy cut me off before I could even finish ordering!

Not a good place to go if you want food served by clean, competent people. Workers here are really unclean… I’ve witnessed them stick their dirty fingers in a person’s food and drink! On purpose!!! Wendy’s needs to hire decent people to represent them!

Don’t go to this Wendy’s! They gave me a salmonella sandwich! I have a cast iron stomach and a chicken sandwich from this place gave me the WORST food poisoning of my life! I was sick for over 4 days and couldn’t hold down any food, had the worst cramps, nausea and fever. For me to get as sick as I did, I know they don’t follow proper food safety here!

DONT GO TO THIS WENDYS.
I did not receive a receipt. (Not a big deal), but on my Spicy Chicken Caesar Salad, I found a FLY. It was still alive. Good thing I did not mix my salad right away or else I would not have seen it. I went back to show them and the lady said «IT COMES WITH THE LETTUCE.» Makes no sense.
They gave me money for the infected salad and the other one I didnt bother opening.

Quick, easy and friendly. Just the right amount of service you’d expect from a fast food place!
I eat here during my lunch break from time to time and I’m pretty happy with the service. It’s pretty much what you’d expect from standard Wendy’s and it works for them. The employees are pretty friendly and easy to chat to, depending on the time you go, I suppose.
One of my major complaints is that the fries are over-​drenched in salt, but other than that, it’s all good. There’s also a few tables that should be swapped out for new ones that aren’t slanting and sit up properly.
But, like I said, it’s a good place to go to if you need a quick meal for a good price!

Really really hate when they drench everything in salt. Way TOO MUCH added to fries. This spoils the flavor of everything because of it.
Ordered Portabello Mushroom Burger … big mistake.
Does not even look like the poster. Very dry, not flowing over in cheesy mushroom goodness like photo. Took 2 bites and gave to the trash can.
After rinsing mouth out to kill salt taste, I left.
I brought up issue to counter but they all played dumb about it. No refund or replacement offered.
Totally unprofessional business that Shoveled what crap the public will eat. Never again. I might as well have eaten the box it came in instead.

I am shocked at the low ratings! b/​c for once every time I have gone thru the drive-​thru, I’ve received friendly service, and they never fuk up my order, and they are NEVER stingy on their sauces, dressing!
Which is a huge plus!!!
I must say out of all the fast food joints, Wendy’s burgers are my ultimate fav!
their bun is so buttery and soft.
Their beef patty’s tastes like REAL MEAT.
Love their selection of drinks, and desserts!

Friendly service at the drive thru! I never knew this, but their chili is pretty tasty! My parents are from Hawaii, and they love to order a couple containers of chili and throw it over some rice for a filling tasty treat. Love it!

Whenever I crave a burger that’s NOT IN N OUT, I come here after work. I will purposely take the other route just so I can pass this area for WENDYs. I love their dollar menu. I alway order their baked potato, a frosty, and a burger or two. JUST FOR ME! hahahahaha
This place fed me, along with IN N OUT and JACK IN THE BOX and all fastfood places way back when I was in college. Ahhh… memories.

THis is the story of my sisters: I went through the drive thru to buy chicken sandwich and they forgot to give me my atm card. I talked to Cecilia and she told me to come back today at 1pm because they forgot to give me my atm card and its in a security box. I went back at 1pm to find out that they forgot my atm and told me to come back again TOMORROW. This is ridiculous I want my ATM card and I told them I want to speak to the branch manager which they refuse to contact and refuse to give me their number. I never been to a Wendys who makes me waste my gas to go there to tell me they forgot it again. Up to now they did not offer me the number to consumers affairs but instead gave me the number to their wendys branch which no one is answering of course. AND i did not get my ATM card back. What a waste!
In my opinion: Wendy’s should bend over backwards to help my sister instead of giving her a run around to get her own ATM card.
BEWARE!!! DONT COME HERE UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR ATM CARD STOLEN BY THE EMPLOYEES!!!
