Pros:
Great service! I called, needed a last minute bouquet — the kind lady said, «I can have one ready in 5 mins, for under $ 40». I was sold. I was already on my way, and by the time I pulled in and parked, my bouquet was ready for me. I wanted to tip the lady, but she ended up not having any change.
Cons: Hard to find (sign is small).

Karla helped me with my order she was very nice and helpful. I highly recommend her. The arrangement was beautiful and it was delivered the same day. Great job Karla

I was having some complications today with my arrangement not getting its right location And mike and Carla worked with me and took it to another address so the arrangement got to the right people in good timing! I felt very special and valued as a costumer that they did that for me! I will drf. Go back to this location and recommend it! Mike and Carla def made my day and not giving me a headache like other places do!

Worst Edible Arrangements Store ever. Chelsea, who claimed she was the manager gave me the worst customer service I have ever received with Edible Arrangements. I was blown away with the attitude she gave me over the phone. It doesn’t matter how busy you may be, you still need to show respect and care to your customers. I would avoid the Covina Edible Arrangement store if at all possible.

I’m very pleased with this place, I had order my girlfriend a birthday edible online, they had called me to let me know if they can actually deliver my order the next day on it earlier time, because I placed my order after @2:00pm which their trucks already leave. But I said yes and my delivery, got to her work earlier today, so I’m happy with their customer service. Plus she said the fruit was fresh.

My sister and I went here to Order an arrangement for our parents anniversary… The girl in the front was very helpful and polite there was a bit of a mix up when we processed the transaction but it was solved very quickly by the manager and because of it they gave of some yummy dipped strawberries for my sister her baby and myself great place and very friendly and helpful:)) happy customer

Very disappointed in my delivery for Fathers Day I ordered an arraignment for my husband and they put it in a PINK bowl. It’s for Father’s Day not Mother’s Day !

I am very pleased with both the customer service and the quality of this store. I’ve developed a liking towards edible bouquets in comparison to flower bouquets since I feel like they have more of a purpose and give more pleasure. I have ordered an arrangement and have been lucky enough to receive two different arrangements from this store and am always delighted. I ordered the twelve chocolate covered strawberries for a gift, and have received the Wish-​Tini and the Appreciation Bouquet.
Although all were good, my favorites were the Wish-​Tini and the Appreciation Bouquet. The Tini came in a cute little blue plastic martini glass that even had flakes of white chocolate around the rim which I thought was a nice touch. The Appreciation Bouquet came in a large Edible Arrangements mug. What I liked about both of these are that the bases are reusable.
All arrangements were beautiful and I called the shop to get the name of the employee who designed my bouquets to thank them for their work. I would like to recognize their employee Chelsea who designed both the Tini and the Appreciation Bouquet that were sent to me! She did a great job and had a great positive attitude on the phone. She was very delighted to hear that customers appreciated their work. Each piece of fruit was fresh and covered in just the right amount of chocolate. It’s safe to say I’ve found my go to shop for arrangements from now on.

I submitted a complaint to Edible Arrangements Corporate, and this store was responsive and courteous in getting back to me. They sincerely want to try hard to provide good service and offered to re-​do my order, and I applaud them for that. I really appreciated the sentiment and follow-​up customer service. While re-​doing the order would not have made a difference, I did ask for a refund, and they were gracious in granting it. As a result, I would consider giving them a second chance and ordering from them if I have to order another gift in the future.

I recently bought an arrangement for my fiancée she loved it! We haven’t had the chance to taste the fruit but it looks delicious ! The timing was perfect it came pretty fast. The prices are a little high but I’m pretty sure it’s worth it. Thank you (:

Great help when I went inside to order an arrangement to be delivered to my husbands work. My husband just received it and loved it. Fruit is fresh and beautiful. Very happy. My only negative is its a little pricey and $ 13 for a delivery fee surprised me when I paid about $ 90 for the arrangement. But it was very beautiful!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION.
To sum it up, this place has:
–horrible customer service,
–horrible presentation of their products
–unfresh fruits
–negligent to details
–does not take full responsibility for their mistakes
TLDR: Received strawberries w/​mold, indicated it was my fault there was mold, and refused to give full refund and stand by their product. BLAMES THE CUSTOMERS! Screwed up 2x in a row on the same order.

My bf ordered the Swizzle Berries Mixed Chocolate Box of strawberries for me for Valentines day to be delivered on ²⁄₂₂ (Sat.) because he wanted to enhance the element of surprise. Pretty lame, yes, but I was quite surprised when I received it, so I guess his plan worked.
When I opened it, I took a picture of it and emailed it to my bf thanking him. He called me IMMEDIATELY and asked if there were strawberries covered in white chocolate at all. I told him no — it was all dark chocolate with no type of «Swizzles» on it. He linked me what he purchased and it was supposed to be 6 strawberries covered in dark chocolate with white chocolate drizzled over it and 6 strawberries covered in white chocolate with dark chocolate drizzled over it which they charge $ 10 more for the mix chocolates and the drizzle
He was a bit irritated that they had messed up the order because he knows white chocolates are my favorite. And dark chocolate is waay down at the bottom of my list. He called the facility and they agreed to deliver a new box the following day, which is a Sunday, and said for me to keep the box they messed up on. Pretty good! This is where the 1 star comes from.
I received the correct order as they promised and opened it up and took a picture of it and emailed my bf again thanking him, and eating one. The presentation of the drizzles were extremely UGLY. There were clumps of chocolate instead of drizzles. How embarrassing! The strawberries were also DIRTY, and looks old/​wrinkly, which is not how fresh strawberries look like. But it’s ok, I can deal with old and dirty strawberries… The next night after work (Monday), I took a strawberry out to eat. I lifted up one of the strawberry’s green leaves and saw MOLD underneath it!
Disgusted, I looked through the strawberries in the box and found another with mold. Ugh I sure hope I did not eat mold the day before. I sent the pictures to my bf and he called the facility AGAIN on Tuesday (²⁄₂₅) since it was too late on Monday to call. Carla, who is the manager, basically said that the mold did not come from them because they have fresh fruits and it was, after all, a Tuesday, indicating that the mold was from me, and that I had the product long enough for it to grow mold. I received it on Sunday, 2÷23÷14, in the afternoon. Upset that they would put the blame on me, I looked at the picture I took when they first delivered the 2^nd set of strawberries, zoomed in, and lo and behold, HELLO MOLD.
They only refunded $ 20 out of the $ 50 spent (which includes shipping) and said they are going «above and beyond» by doing that. Beware!
