Capri Pool Service

The service provided by Lyle and Capri pool service has been phenomenal! We recently had a pump problem with our pool and Lyle quickly identified the problem and had it fixed quickly just in time for a holiday family gathering. Lyle is personable, knowledgeable and most importantly, dependable. He is also very nice to our children and our dogs. I called Capri to ask them to blow my pipes because my pump wasn’t functioning properly. I talked to Lyle and he patiently listened to the problems I was having. He told me my pipes are okay but I have an air bubble in my pipes. I would have gladly had him come over and fix it for me but he said I could do it myself. He patiently gave me a detailed step by step procedure to get rid of it. And it worked!
What a guy! He was more interested in helping people than making money.

I’ve been maintaining my pool for years without any help but recently started having trouble with my pump. I read some Unilocal reviews about Capri and decided to give them a call. I spoke with Lyle and he assisted me over the telephone on a Sunday afternoon. The problem was resolved in under an hour!
Thank you Lyle. I will definitely pass your name along. It’s great to know there are still good people out there willing to give you a hand up instead of looking to get a hand out!

Couldn’t be happier. Shows up every week and my pool is clean. They offer competitive prices and they are nice to my dog. What more could I ask for.

Capri is amazing! I called Capri for them to come look at my green, cloudy pool that my pool man swore was clean. Steve came over immediately took one look at my pool, and in less than 5 minutes was able to tell me what the problem was. It appears that my old pool man did not put in enough tablets for my pool, and failed to mention that a couple of grids were out of order. Steve was awesome! He took care of the problem immediately and within days my pool is crystal clean and clear! I didn’t know my pool could ever be this clear! His prices are reasonable, and does not try to up sell you items or services you do not need. He is honest, friendly, and knows what he’s doing! Did I mention how sweet and amazing he is with my 3 dogs! I am now a loyal customer of Capri and recommend them to anyone in the area!

Couldn’t service my pool due to licensing and the location of my house, but gave me a lot of valuable information on the phone. Spent a good amount of time with me on the phone giving me step by step info on how to start up my pool. Great attitude and very professional. Too bad cant work on my pool. Would reccommend!

Called Capri to have them fix my Hayward pump as I knew the Bearings were out because of the loud noise my pump started making. I had called serveral places and many would say how they hate Hayward, its no good, might as well replace the whole pump etc. without offering to help me fix the problem. I didnt want to replace it! I just wanted to fix the bearings. They didnt offer to look into it either.
Capri was different. They didnt complain about the brand, they wanted to help me. Ther personon the phone was very very informative. Advised me how to keep my pump clean, what should and shouldn’t be around it. Lots of good advise and recommendations. The price was very reasonable as well (compared to others).
Raymond «Ray» was the person that came to remove the pump. it was ready within days. Even though Ray could not make it to my place at the same time I would be there, he came back another day to explain how it was removed and how everything worked. Ray was the coolest pool guy I’ve ever met. Great advise from everyone at Capri.

Capri Pool Service provides great service, which is why we have been loyal clients for 9 years now. When we purchased our home, we inherited Capri Pool Service and we have been more than happy with the services provided. The owner and employees are very personable and friendly. The fact that I have two Labradors that swim all day long and they manage to keep my pool beautiful is impressive. We constantly get compliments on how clean and clear our pool is.
