Pegasus has been in business for 34 years managing single family homes, Townhouses, Condominiums and Association Management in the Clear Lake area. We are very proud that our Management portfolio today includes properties from the year we opened our doors. Currently almost 60% of our portfolio consists of long term clients for 15 to 20 years and 33% long term clients for 20 to 25 years. Our dedicated long term staff consists of licensed Real Estate Agents that are Property Management Specialist with an average of 20 to 30 years of experience in their field.

The Owner of Pegasus has been a member of NARPM since 1989 he was the 23 member to join NARPM and served as president of the Houston Chapter. The current membership is over 5,000 strong.
