what was good: if you dont need to get to your stuff while its in storage, this is a good option. They leave the container for as long as you want so there is no hurry to pack it or unpack it.
Heres the stuff you need to consider though because if I would have known, I would have handled it differently:
–the items inside the container WILL SHIFT when put on and off the trucks and probably in the storage. TIE EVERYTHING DOWN PROPERLY and securely because the tilt is pretty high and a lot of my stuff was broken.
–The location is not animal proof and there can be humidity. About ¹⁄₃ of my stuff was completely chewed through by mice and everything was covered in mouse droppings and urine.
I looked on the website and it said nothing about the location of the storage being pest free so I guess its buyer beware here. Of course I called customer service but can never get past the cheery phone answering people to someone who could help or explain what happened.
They werent the cheapest so for me, the convenience wasnt worth losing so many of my things.
