Fetch Storage

Fetch is magical.
Just be sure to organize, number and keep a list of your boxes/​crates/​bikes/​tires/​precious junk… then let Fetch store it for you. You’ll probably pay less than you would with a regular storage facility, and instead, Fetch will bring your stuff to and fro on command and for no extra cost.
Having used a franchise storage company in the past by way of comparison, Fetch is HUGELY superior. Good friends referred Fetch to me, and now I refer them to you. You’re welcome.
The only bad thing I can say about Fetch is that it’s not available in every city in the country! I also wish they had an option where, if I didn’t request a given box in 24 months, that they’d just donate it to charity without even telling me. Kidding/​not kidding.

Great service! Sarah is easy and quick to coordinate with and the guys who dropped my stuff off (I know one of them is named Alex) were friendly and efficient. Everything came back just as I left it and they always came at the earliest time in the delivery window, even on the busiest of days. I’ve used Fetch twice now and will continue to for all my moving and storage needs!

This was literally what I said as the Fetch dudes took the last of my boxes during my pickup.
The company was highly responsive from start to finish– all email, phone and in person interactions were efficient, friendly, and helpful. Their website is awesome, comprehensive and really well designed. Prices were competitive (on the better side, even) with other companies, plus they pick up and drop off your stuff for free. And, they donate 1% of revenue to dogs in need!
I haven’t tried to get my stuff back yet, so I can’t speak to that half of the experience. But, I’m not worried.

I used Fetch for the first time this past spring when I was looking to store my stuff over the summer. Out of all the storage companies and options that I looked at, Fetch offered the lowest prices for full-​service pick up and delivery. They charge by space instead of by # of boxes, which is great because it tends to save you money. They charge a bit more for the full pick up option, which means the guys will come into your living room to carry away heavy boxes, but I thought the overall price was still reasonable. I loved that delivery was free.
Customer service was also great. They could be a little more transparent with the pricing, but it wasn’t too hard to figure out what they charged me for.
In the end, I paid less than $ 200 to store a mini fridge and 5 large boxes for 3 months, with full pick up and delivery. Not bad!

I am an international student in Boston area. I have a lot of clothes and things in my dorm room, so when I found Fetch Storage, I was very happy to know that I would have a secure place to store my stuff during summer break, for a reasonable price. I had a great experience the first time in summer 2011. They came right on time and moved all my stuff in less than 15 mins. They were all very nice and easy to get in touch with. The second time I used Fetch was a semester later when I had to store my stuff again for a year because I was going abroad. Again, they arrived on time. When I scheduled for delivery a year later, they were very prompt in scheduling through emails. I even changed my delivery date and time like twice, but they did not have any problem with that. Everything was in a very good condition after 13 months of storing. I look forward to using this company again.

I’m updating my review to make it more accurate. I had an okay experience with Fetch in 2008. There were some feature that I really liked, and the pricing was unbeatable. I had some issues with communicating deliveries, etc., but it wasn’t bad enough that I wanted to switch to another company.
Since then, Fetch Storage has entirely new management. I was asked to re-​evaluate their service, but I don’t need it right now, so I haven’t taken them up on that. What I can say, is that this is a local company that offers a unique service, and its new management clearly cares a lot about customer satisfaction and understands that keeping customers happy is central to having a successful business.
Of all the negative reviews I’ve ever given (and this was certainly not my meanest). Fetch Storage has been the most sincere and active about reaching out to me and trying make things right. I think that’s pretty impressive since they aren’t the people who messed up with my Fetch account.
I expect to need some temporary storage in a few months, and I’m planning on trying Fetch again then.

I’ve used Fetch ever since I moved all my stuff into a smaller apartment with all my girlfriend’s stuff. Turns out it’s pretty difficult to decide who’s couch you’ll keep and whose silverware you’ll use, etc, etc.
But seriously, Fetch has been amazing. These guys come to your door and pick everything up you want them to, and you don’t have to do any of the work. We keep all our seasonal type stuff with them and they deliver everything quickly and it’s like having a huge attic that you don’t have to walk up and down the stairs yourself to get the stuff from.
I have to guess after reading the owner’s comment that all reviews below mine must DEFINITELY have been posted under the old ownership, because I’ve never had anything but a perfect experience working with this company.

Arrived on time, and everything we had stored over the summer for 3 months was still there and in perfect condition. I would definitely use this company again and recommend it to my friends.
