Jack In The Box

I am never coming to this jack in the box ever again. I’be ordered 3 times a breakfast jack. It comes with egg and ham and for an additional 50 cents i add sausage but the same guy that jas taken my order the past 3 times wants to charge me 50 cents for sausage (which i understand) but also 50 cents for the ham, which should already come with my sandwhich. Ive argued with him that why is he charging me for the ham when it already comes with the sandwhich and he said cause im adding sausage… uh yeah im adding sausage not ham. ham is already included… hes the only one that charges me an extra dollar every single time… i even asked to speak to his manager twice and nope he said i couldnt. Hes lucky i was in drive thru. thats wbu i stopped coming here… i know go to jack in the box on freedom.

The teriyaki bowls here have changed. Lots of pepper and yucky-​ness in their teriyaki sauce. The manager Isiais was extremely friendly and apologetic. He offered us a new bowl without any sauce as a replacement. He apologized that my mouth and throat were burning from the pepper in the sauce. I appreciated his enthusiasm and hope to come back here soon.
The raspberry iced teas are still delicious with extra raspberry. :-D

Walked into this place only to be told by a girl worker to (hold up) followed by (take over for me yo) kitchen staff was loud taking about their weekend screaming (boss said we can all go home yea.) very rude tone. her atttitude was completely unprofessional. I understand sometimes its busy but tonight was definitely not! Employees need an attitude adjustmet asap! Maneger need to get off his cell phone while making fries

I came here a couple days ago to order a mocha coffee and the manager was being flirtatious to the coworkers there. While he was taking my order he stared at my chest not so discretely and asked me if I was cold. Completely unacceptable. Especially from the manager! I will be reporting him. Ladies, avoid this place! Yuck!

We came here to grab a bite to eat and when we ordered the women sounded annoyed and rude. When we got around the corner after ordering the line took so long and once we got to the front the women was rude. She was talking on her phone and handing us our food. I had ordered a chocolate shake which was not mixed along with out strawberry smoothies which had also not been mixed. Once we pulled away and got our food what we orders had not been made correctly but we didn’t want to deal with the rudest again so we left.

Been super nice, helpful and quick every time I go. The food… well it is Jack in the box, I don’t think they’re going for gourmet. What I can’t fathom is mozzarella sticks and NO marinara sauce, are you joking! Nearly ruined a great night!

I previously wrote a review for the wrong Jack in the Box. Making correction.- — - This Jack in the box is OK. I went today through the drive through. It was slow and there was only one car in front of me. I parked on the side to have my lunch and I saw the line continuing to move slowly, really? My order was right. Service was Okay.

Well i dont know about this jack in the box any more! i went to there today and it took 15 mins to get my food and no one was in there. how dose it take 15 mins to get some fris 2 tacos? i mean really. and how dose one place how Dollar lager drinks at some around and not at this one? then they guy tells me NO THATS MICKY D. and my food was soggy. and not good. i was over it! i use to go to this one all the time but time was all bad. and people that came in after me got a BIG order and took them 5 mins. On the bright side it was clean

The freshest and most believable looking curly fries I have ever seen. Legit.
I’m talking about long curly pig looking tails. They looked wonderful.
Strawberry smoothie was m mm mmm good.

Inside of THIS jack in the Box is a computer screen with news, and trivia without sound. It gives you something to look at while eating. The food is consistent and I like the menu.
