History

Established in 1993.

Dan was always a go getter, wanting someday to own his own business. Times were hard in 1993 and work was getting slow. His employer called him into the office and told Dan the following; «Dan, you have always been a hard worker, you have always said you wanted to be in sales, you have told us that you want to own your own company someday. Since we are slow we decided we think we can help you out.» Dan was told by his employer that if he could find work, they would allow him to build all the duct work in their shop. If He needed a purchase order to get the materials and equipment for the job that they would let him use their account and all they wanted was for him to be able to work and give them 10% on any contract that he received. He was told if he made it as a business owner that would be great, yet if he failed he could simply come back to work for them and continue to be the best employee they had. The first job Dan found was a new construction house. This house was 3700 sq. feet

Meet the Business Owner

Danny R.

Business Owner

I grew up 13 miles outside of the small town of Washougal Washington. Born into a hard working family, my father Ron worked at the local paper mill like many others in the area. My Mother Hazel, worked as a beautician owning her own beauty shop as I grew up. My grandfather (my dad’s Dad) Ruben moved to this area from South Dakota way back when dad was a boy. When I was born we lived in the basement of the old school house on Salmon Falls Rd that dad purchased who knows when. I attended the Washougal Schools starting at Cape Horn Sky Washougal then on up through high school. After school, I had various jobs and at 22 years old I got my first job as a furnace installer. This first installer job was low pay yet it would give me the experience I needed to learn the fundamentals of the trade. At this first job I learned how to install retro-fit furnace’s into existing homes, design and install new heating systems. The most furnaces I have ever installed in one home is (5) five.
