The Bar Method is a one-​hour total body workout comprised of muscle strengthening and stretching techniques partially performed at the ballet barre, strategically choreographed and executed to music. The system is designed to quickly and safely create a uniquely lean, firm body featuring sculpted arms, flat abs, a lifted seat, elongated thighs and graceful posture. The Bar Method combines the fat burning format of interval training, the muscle-​shaping principles of isometrics, the body-​elongating practice of dance conditioning, and the science of physical therapy.
