Dirty. Loads of crumbs throughout. Really just a restroom stop for most, including the homeless that were camping out of view of the staff. Not a comfortable place. Get your coffee and go. Staff was friendly and polite though.

Tried this location too many times. They’ve been rude every time and messed up my order or forgotten my order every time. I’d avoid this one if friendly service is important to you.

This is the first time I’ve ever written a comment for any business places. The service was ridiculously WORST. I didn’t feel like I was served by them. Instead, I feel like I was providing them with the service where they can take it out. Ordered a frap there and try totally forgot about it. I tried to approach the barista and she made eye contact with me. But, she acted as if I wasn’t even there. When They finally had my order ready, the barista almost just threw the frap at me. Absolutely disappointed, there’s no way I’d ever come to this place again.

Starbucks was running a promo for buy one get one Oprah Chai starting from 2 to 5. We were there exactly at two. Asked about the promo they said they don’t have it… We ordered regular Chai but when we got it was Oprah Chai. Horrible business practice. When using the restroom there’s no tissue, no paper towel, no soap. When asking the staff for help, they rudely turned away. Have been faithful to Starbucks since the beginning of time, I think it’s time to start considering other options like Peets, Phillz, and Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf.

The coffee is always atrocious and burnt at Starbucks. You know that going in. This location pairs the bad coffee with abysmally rude service and the filthiest restrooms I have ever seen in an establishment that sells food and beverages. Caveat emptor.

Staff who seem inconvenienced by your presence, often long wait times with drinks getting lost in the shuffle and there have been times when drinks have been slid across the counter with such disdain that without covers, they would have spilled. Even though this is the most convenient location for me to get a cup of coffee, I refuse to go back there. My colleagues had warned me about this location — and I had a few half way decent experiences, but more recently it’s been bad every time. I witnessed a co-worker wait 25 minutes for a drink that never came, they were not very nice to her and she ultimately left without her drink and no one in the store even blinked an eye. Unfortunate.

It’s a fucking Starbucks. You’re either going to get your coffee here because you have no other choice or you will go without because of the monopoly they hold on neighborhood coffee spots. We really don’t need to over-think this one here, people.

Best location unfortunately the worst Starbucks in the tri-state. Horrible and slowest service I’ve ever seen at any Starbucks.

I had quick, friendly service with a smile. Beautiful location. You can walk right outside and see the Kennedy Center across the way.

POORSERVICEWARNING! I love Starbucks. I am a Gold Card member of Starbucks. However, Starbucks should be ashamed that the Washington Harbour location is branded with the Starbucks name. The cashiers/barristas consistently are rude to the guests. This afternoon a female cashier gave me and my friend repeated dirty looks, rolled her eyes, and criticized us because neither of our Starbucks apps were working properly. Whether the error was our phones, the Starbucks register, or mobile service, there’s no need to publicly ridicule guests. Last Thursday around 3 pm I ordered a frappuccino. The cashier never relayed the order to the barrista. When I asked the barrista for my drink, he told me it was not his fault that I never had a properly placed order. The barrista then put the drink in the blender and promptly left the counter. I did not get my drink until another customer started shouting at the counter because there were no cashiers or barristas and we had waited for over 5 minutes for someone to come out from the back.
