I really love L’Occitane and came across the Georgetown store while strolling in the neighborhood before attending dinner. The Georgetown branch made me love L’Occitane even more! The employees there, especially a young gentleman whose name escapes me, were beyond pleasant and quite charming. Also, their product expertise was very excellent. I went back for a second time recently and experienced the same reception. Pleasant, charming and extremely helpful. I plan to visit again very soon.

Now, this is my favorite place to buy my skin care products, especially those containing olive oil. I love their shave products and the scent of them is «oh so wonderful!»
Another plus for these guys is they are knowledgeable, do not try to rip you off, and their prices are reasonable.
Love it and you can not go wrong here. 5.0 stars:-)!!

ahem. i thought i was going to do another «Ode» to l’occitane since you all loved the trader joe’s review, and because after all the attention i received i almost let it get to my head. you know… i got a lil’ cocky about how funny i really am. but i decided i should be more innovative. perhaps i should put the poem to a tune and then you can sing it!!! and with all this time at work…
why i love l’occitane. (and this applies to the company. not just this store). sung to the row row row your boat tune!

I love the items in this store and the staff was VERY helpful and EXTRA friendly. They let you walk around looking/​sniffing, etc w/​o bothering you, but once you need some attn — they were right there. The sales person we worked with was very knowledgeable and asked us specific questions to help identify our needs. Prices are normal L’occitane prices. If any of you wanted to know — the Verbena is my fav scent!
