Hudson & Crane features modern/​contemporary furniture, gift items and interior designs services.

Curated with an eye for accessible design and style, the store inventory is constantly updated with new offerings monthly, if not weekly. Almost all of the furniture is offered as «cash & carry», allowing our customers the instant gratification of being able to purchase a piece of furniture and take it home the same day (we of course offer affordable and fast delivery as well).

We carry a variety of price points on our floor, from furniture to gifts, because we believe that good design and style don’t have to be expensive. Though we do carry some higher-​end design pieces, you will always find at least one sofa on our floor that is under $ 1000 as well as a variety of other accent furnishings that are very budget-​friendly.

History

Established in 2014.

Opened in late November 2014, Hudson & Crane was conceived by business partners, Lyric Turner and Jaye Langmaid, in an effort to bring accessible and affordable design to NW DC. Turner and Langmaid bring their own aesthetic of rustic modern and industrial chic to everything in the store, from the furniture, rugs, décor, art, and lighting to the varied and eclectic gift options.
