From the moment we stepped into the Lexus showroom in Warwick, we realized that this was a unique car dealership. We were greeted by Craig Burkhart, a very pleasant, courteous and professional salesman. He listened to our needs, searched his inventory and found the perfect RX 350 for us. One test drive and we were convinced!
Seth Swagger, F&I Manager guided us through all the financial and registration paperwork. His upbeat personality, attention to detail and efficiency made it a very pleasant experience.
Our final meeting was with Randall Pugh, a very personable and knowledgeable Product Specialist who explained a myriad of technical information and sat very patiently teaching us all the key features of our new vehicle. We couldn’t be happier with or RX 350 and the outstanding service of Lexus of Warwick.

My mother is in the market for a new car and asked me to help her shop around. Naturally we went to Inskip first. We walked into Lexus and browsed the showroom. Nobody approached us for the entire 10 minutes inside the building. There were about 2 parties being helped by salesman, and I am not sure if they were all busy, but we did not even get a simple «hello we will be right with you in a few minutes.»
I know the BMW dealership next door is the same owner, but their customer service is much better (an employee there approached us before even entering the building). Guess we are going with German-​made!

Excellent customer service, even with some tricky VW lease turn in issues and a very ocd/​tough to please husband! This was the best car-​buying experience we have had. Our salesperson, Erich, was so patient, laid back, and helpful. It took us three visits over three years to finally decide on a lexus, and each visit was as comfortable as the next. No one was ever too pushy, slick, or overbearing. Great dealership and we love our rx350!

Worst place to buy a used car. GM was rude and cocky. I had the sales rep James. Was unprepared. We were looking to buy the car the same day we went in. Gave them a price and tried to work out a deal. GM came and gave a bs response of he can’t move the car because he basically will lose money. Funny thing is he moved 400 $ down from the price, which is nothing. These guys are douche bags and will think less of you. I will be taking my money and time else where to purchase a car.

If you’re going to Lexus of Warwick, ask for David Poccia! I was lucky enough to have him call me after requesting info online. He was very calm and willing to help any way he could. Knowing that I felt comfortable with his way, I went by to see him regarding a used Honda they had that I needed to buy for my sister with special needs. He was great! Very patient. I liked him so much I just bought a new Lexus for myself today. He made both experiences easy, painless and enjoyable.

I traded my older Lexus for a newer model.
My sales person was Richard Johnson.
I was in and out the door within 2 hours. Financing was done the day before. Staff is very pleasant and the experience was wonderful. The car is also great. I love it.
I only wish they were a lot closer to my house.

After went to this dealership, buying a car was a nightmare .yes n yes they made all the promise n agreement then they denied everything after u bought the car. The paperworks aren’t finished and they made u to pay for all the extra fee after they agreed with out of the door price. The service is so bad. The manager is so discriminating just because I am Asian. I wish I never gone yo this dealer ship to have a freaking bad emotion !! Everyone need to be carefully to talk to sale agent, financial service or either manager when u buy a car here because they might be jerk to you!!!

We barely made it to the Service breezeway when our battery died. Driving from Martha’s Vineyard through to Central PA, our visit was not a planned one.
Guiseppi Palladino and a man training with him greeting us and took over the situation. It was before noon and was already a rough day.
I felt Mr Palladino was genuinely interested in helping us and showed compassion for our 1999 Lexus ES300 with over 165,000 miles.
He let us know he would order parts and provided us a loaner for a period of about 24hrs. With good friends in the area, we were able to turn our unexpected stop into a pretty fun visit.
My family have been loyal Lexus drivers since 1996. My Dad’s company supplied parts to Toyota since the 80’s and we’ve bought five cars from Bobby Rahal Lexus in Mechanicsburg, PA.
If ever relocated to the Providence area, you’ll be our first stop.
Thanks again to Mr. Palladino and the man training with him! I’ve forgotten his name, but we had lots to talk about regarding Lexus and Toyota. Always appreciate knowledgeable staff.

I have experienced some of the best customer service here and this is not just at dealerships but anywhere! The moment I stepped out of the car, I was greeted and helped immediately. When they were backed up, other people came out to help me out with my appointment. While they did take longer than the hour they promised, they were helpful in keeping me up to date on what was going on. All services are topped off with a free car wash to make everything better. There is plenty of comfortable seating around and you can also look over their show room to see all the new models that came in. They have free coffee, tea, water and snacks. This may be the only Lexus dealership and service center in the area so you’re likely to be coming here if you need things done to your car!

Car buying can be little daunting especially when negotiating the final price and trade. I have had my share of bad experiences in my previous car purchases. Experience purchasing a car from Lexus of Warwick was one of a kind. A week ago I test drove a certified preowned IS 250 that I loved. Vehicle price was lowest among all Lexus dealerships in MA and RI. Our sales representative Richard Johnson was awesome. I had told him that a few years ago Lexus of Warwick were unable to finalize a deal with us as we were apart in price. This time the negotiation was really hassle free and I was able to get deal done on the phone. When me and my family arrived at the dealership, we were accommodated very well, most of the financing was already in progress as I had provided that information over the phone. The best was when we were done with all paperwork, our car was given to us — gift wrapped with ribbon. Literally. Later Richard told me that they didn’t want to loose our business this time. What an awesome experience!
I will definitely recommend Richard Johnson and Lexus of Warwick. They will definitely work with you and their price is definitely better than other dealerships like Herb Chambers or Lexus of Watertown.

I have only been here 2 times to service my truck. A lil expensive for oil changes, windshield wipers etc. but they are pretty fast and do treat the customers very well. Even for some things I rather my car get services my Lexus and this particular location has treated me my my black ninja Lex :) very well!

I went here from Boston to buy a used Mini Cooper. Within minutes of sending an email David Poccia replied to me. This could not have been an easier transaction!
I was skeptical about going all the way to RI from Boston to look at a car.
I took it for a test drive and loved it. There was ZERO SALES PRESSURE from David. I traded in my car which was a 2010 Nissan Utlima. They were fast, fair and willing to negotiate to a trade in value that I felt comfortable with. Not only was this on a Saturday afternoon, David came in on HIS DAY OFF and left his son’s sporting even early to come meet me! major bonus points. I went there at 1:30 and left around 5:30 with my Mini Cooper. They were very fast and accommodating.
Karine Correia was great as well. She helped us with the financing and answered all questions that I had. Being in MA they had a runner from RI got to the MA RMV and get my registration for me. They sent it FedEx via overnight it to me at no extra cost. THANK YOU SO MUCH DAVE!

My Service Advisor Giuseppe Palladino provided perfect customer service, gave accurate estimates of how long the service would take, discussed with me some of the challenges in driving a RWD vehicle, and helped me better understand my IS250C.
