I live right down the street from this dunkin. So it’s «MYDUNKIN». During the weekdays I’ll give this place a great review. However weekends are a whole different story entirely. I go in on Saturday mornings and it is ad if the employees just didn’t show up. They stand around and talk more often than work. The guy working the frint counter appears to not really care about the customer and just moves slow. Myself and another customer stood there waiting for our coffee while he chatted with a fellow emoloyee. After a few moments the other customer asked if we were gonna get our coffees. To which the employee said«Oh what did you order» once he got his order the employee turned to me and said«can I help you» .I said«uh you already helped me and I too am waiting for my coffee.» Similar issues have occurred over the course of a few weekends. I don’t know who is in charge of the weekend employees but I think a meeting is in order. If you need a coffee on the weekend stay away from this place. there are plenty other DD around.

This is a pretty good dunkin. When I’m in the area, I come to this one. The only complaint would be the drive thru isn’t the best setup, because of the other stores in the plaza.

Yes this dunkin is new and has couches and wifi but that’s it! It bothers me that people have rated it so high! This Dunkin is AWFUL! It actually made me QUIT drinking dunkin donuts all together. I used to go here every morning because they are right next to my house, but I just couldn’t take it any more. Service is slow and NOTONE single employee in there ever made my coffee correctly. And the coffee was always poorly brewed. The only dunkin worse than this one is the one on the way to Allies donuts that seems to think cream is an excellent substitute for coffee. So if couches and soy milk are your thing go for it, but if your actually looking for decent coffee keep looking.

One of the best DD locations in the area — great comfortable seating and a cool electric fireplace that is fantastic to sit by. They do a great job with my drink orders and they consistantly have a good selection of donuts. In my experience the place is clean, they have public bathrooms, and the service is excellent. Also, free wi-fi. Two Thumbs-Up

This is by far my favorite DD to sit and relax in. I love the couches and the free wi-fi. It’s kind of a pain in the butt to get out of the parking lot trying to turn left through traffic. Just be careful. Order has always been correct. They have a couple of guys during the summer that keep up the property. They are creepy who speak to each other in Spanish while pointing and staring at the girls in their cars in drive through line. Okay Jose, I’m married and my baby is in the back seat, I certainly have no interest in you and your amigos. Just saying.. . Other than that, I like the location :)

Typical D&D. They have a line in the mornings at the drive through. It’s near my house and when I need a quick coffee I’ll stop in. Never have a problem with my order, usually quick. The inside has some nice areas to relax.
