Been to many vape stores, this by far was the best experience ever. As soon as I walked in, Yama gave me eye contact and greeted me with his name and asked what he can help me with. Never met someone that knew so much about vaping. Customer service was amazing, helped everyone in a timely matter, didn’t see one person leave without a smile on their face. Went in to just get some liquid, left with a new build (best clouds) and 4 liquids and was extremely happy! Yama had a answer to every one of my questions, unlike other vape stores that just bs you. Thanks Yama for the help! Definitely recommend this place to everyone in the east bay!

I didn’t get the employees name but great service with a nice selection of juice. He didn’t pressure me into buying anything which is a plus, he also introduced me to a new brand of juice I probably never would’ve tried. A+ rating. Will return soon!

This shop was kinda hard to find. It’s located in the second floor of the little plaza it’s at. However, upon entering the shop I was welcomed with a wonderful scent of liquids and clouds slowly wavering.
A man named Yama was there to help us. A pleasant person who gave me great advice for future builds and his recommendations for liquids were spot on. To me, that is a recipe for a good business. He is also getting different juices in. So the selection is getting better. As a vaper, I really recommend this simple, yet experienced shop.

Just checked out this shop last weekend. Handful selection of juices but the dude who made my build gave me suggestions what’s good build on my vulcan. Pretty cool guy and knowledgable too. Worth my visit and probably i’ll visit again. Thanks man. :)

Love this place, Yama is super knowledgeable and friendly, he’ll answer all questions you might have and he’s a cool dude to chop it up with and just make the good fog with. It’s really worth checking out his shop, he carries only top tier juice that won’t corrode your coils.

This place is amazing they have a smaller juice selection but it is very top tier. They are reasonably priced and the have the award winning ALMOND PEAR by RIPE Vapes. It is definitely a all day vape. Yama is a great guy as well he is very knowledgeable.

Yama, the owner, is very professional, funny, and interesting to talk to. He takes his time while rebuilding vape pens, but gets it done very clean and at a good pace too. I have nothing but good things to say about Vape Smart and everything that happens there! They are great to ask questions to, because they know exactly what their talking about. They don’t rush or try to upsell to you, they give you what they think is the best price for you. Vape Smart is the only vape shop I will be going to from now on. I love everything about them!

Yama is one of very few people left in this world that actually and truly cares about what he does. I caught him on his way out to lunch and he immediately welcomed me in and spent a good amount of time building my rda. It is a clone and caused issues but he persevered and literally was relentless until he had it absolutely perfect. I am very new to vaping. If you want someone to show you the ropes, treat you with respect and honestly give a shit, there is nowhere better to go! And if your phone or tablet is busted he can make it factory perfect, saw it first hand. If you vape or need repair of your media, GO SEE YAMA! You will leave sublime, I promise. I created a Unilocal account specifically to review this place. I have never felt the need to speak negatively or to praise any business online until now.

I came in today wanting to get my first RDA and the owner Yama was very helpful. He didn’t try selling me anything unnecessary and the customer service was great. I ended up picking up a Tobh V2 clone, batteries and some juice. He built the coils for me which didn’t take long at all. I’ve been to a few different Vape shops and Yama doesn’t make you feel like an idiot for asking too many newb questions. Will definitely be coming back in the future. If you’re looking for a vape shop in the area you should check this one out.

A friend of mine and I have been in his shop a couple times now and have nothing but good things to say. They have a great supply of e-​juice (Space Jam, Johnson Creek, and Drake’s Vapes, which are all available to sample) and a variety of vapes & accessories. He built coils for my friend’s mod and it worked like a charm.
It’s a small, but great place, and Yama, the owner, is a great guy who has helped my friend and I multiple times. Any time I need juice or coil-​building done, I’m going to this place.
