Leeland’s is just ok. Counter kids were not very helpful. Expensive!
I was new to vaping. I asked for recommendations, the counter kid wasn’t very enthusiastic about helping me. I asked questions, got quick short answers back. I am not asking to go through the entire history of vaping, but it would have been nice if he had explained what an atomizer does, what types of coils are better, what I was looking for from vaping. I got nothing. Bad customer service in my opinion. I am certainly not going back. Why buy from a place that doesn’t seem interested in my business.

Not sure what all the hoopla is about with this place they are WAY WAY overpriced for mods and tanks, the other thing is they will not tell you prices over the phone. So say you want a new tank you ask do you have this tank? They say yes we sell that one and you ask home much is it? Guy has the balls ti say «we can’t give prices over the phone» really dude what kind of business is that? So then you say «well will you at least match a price I have say from VacaVaps?» The guys says «no man we don’t do that.» What a crock, the only reason I gave them 2 stars is they have a good juice selection and sell ‘Zombie Sex” which is one of my favorites. So bottom line want juice go here, want gear go to Berkley, San Francisco, or San Jose
Update… I dropped it down a star due to you have to bring your own dripper if you want to try any of their juice, but they will let you smell it

Getting back to vaping and trying to quit smoking (again), I turn to Leeland’s Shop in Concord. My brother swears by Leeland’s so I want to check it out. Their floor space might be small but they selection is massive! I can’t believe how much mods/​juices are packed in a small space. I do not recall any vape store with more selections than Leeland’s
I did get back to vaping and I got my IPV4 topped with some clone RDA thanks to Leeland’s. Christian helped me and was really cool and even wrapped my first coils. Now I know why my brother likes hanging out here; Leeland’s reps are very helpful and are cool cats. Oh, and they also have cool sports jerseys/​stuff in the store to boot. Leeland’s have so much stuff in their store, multiple visits are in order.

Amazing place. Have not been to another smoke shop with such positive energy. Everyone who works there is extremely knowledgeable and can’t imagine going anywhere else!

Kevin and his crew are super helpful and knowledgeable. They genuinely want you to be happy with your rig. Great quality juice selection. Very reasonable pricing. They took the time to educate me on the tank atomizer I purchased they also gave me lots of great tips. Definitely will be back next time I’m working in Concord ! Definitely my favorite shop so far. Low pressure environment in comparison to most shops that just want to sell you a rig. Highly recommend! Great customer service! Keep it up guys !

Quick review, Hands down this is where you come to be treated right. The owner, Kevin, will take his time and explain anything and everything for you. You will be treated like family and be taken care of.
Huge selection of extremely well priced hardware and juice. Great quality builds that will get you the vapor and flavour that you are searching for.
All the people who work here, Kevin, Cristian, Jordan and Denzel know what they are doing so do yourself a favour and visit you won’t be disappointed.

So I am going on a camping trip and had to buy batteries today, and it was $ 45 for three batteries. The same batteries online are $ 31 for 6. This is completely unacceptable. And to top it all off I can’t even return them. Don’t go here.

My home shop, I come in all the time and get love from these guys. The selection of juices is the best around and you can just chill and vape all of em. Kevin is a really dope dude who has schooled me on the vape game since I was a newb. Jordan and Christian are also really cool dudes who will answer any questions you might have about pretty much anything related to vaping. Like I said before I’m in here all the time and have never had one bad experience. Matter of fact I just came in on Saturday to get some juice and ended up leaving with a new velocity rda that I freaking love!!!

One word; awesome! I came in the first time two days ago and have been back 3 times! my initial impression when I first walked in was like «oh it looks like a little tobacco store,» however, once I took a look at the shelves and display cases I was shocked! There are SO many amazing products! Tons and tons of mech and box mods from vw vv unregulated etc. and their juice selection is HUGE. Absolutely huge. The shop is very small but it packs a PUNCH!!! The owner Kevin is so sweet and helped with every question I could think of. They don’t push you to buy they just inform you of products and do not pull that sales person crap.
All in all I ended up selling myself on a 180ml bottle of milk man, a chuff cap, a small mod for a friend, and some other goodies. 5 stars for a 5 star shop! Definitely a new favorite shop! Perfect.

In town for a birthday party down the street at The Old Spaghetti Factory, found this shop on Google Maps and decided to walk over. I was in need of Atlantis 2 coils (.5 ohms), which they had in stock… surprisingly, but only because the other vape shops I’ve been to recently were out of stock.
These guys were super attentive and treated me as one of their regulars… really cool. They asked me what vapor profile I liked and allowed me to smell some of the juices, since I didn’t have a dripper. Their recommendations were spot on, to my liking, and are absolutely amazing. Along with the coils, I picked up Lindbergh’s Gone Baby Gone (blueberry/​frozen yogurt) and Tasty Cloud’s MVP (blueberry, vanilla crumbcake with a hint of cinnamon). The MVP, to me, tastes more like banana than blueberry, but it’s all good!
Their juice and mod selections are off the hook. They’re fully stocked! The store’s presentation is welcoming/​homely, not sparse/doctor’s office feel like some of the other shops I’ve seen. The store is not too small or too big. To a newbie, it might seem intimidating or overwhelming, but paired with friendly, attentive and knowledgeable employees, it makes the visit all worthwhile.
I’m not from the immediate area (I actually live in San Leandro), but would definitely come back here. This place is worth checking out!

This is pretty boring reading reviews for Leelands Shop as they are all five stars. Don’t any haters ever visit This place? Great service and the fellows are very knowledgable. I am recommending my friends drive the extra miles if necessary to do business here. It does not hurt that they are located about a block from a couple of good beer watering holes.

I would give it 4.5 stars. The employees are super awesome and know what they’re talking about. Kevin helped me build my very first set-​up and made sure it was to my exact liking. He also helped game me up on how to take it apart then put it back together, what batteries would serve the purpose for which I was looking for, & the basic ins and outs of vaping.
My boyfriend actually got me into it he just started maybe a month ago and he loves it. So I’d always take hits off of his pen. I always hookah so this is kinda awesome to me and the fact I can choose my nicotine level is pretty cool too. With hookah you just pick a flavor. So this is definitely something I could see myself getting into.
I walked out with not only my new build and satisfaction of how it hit, but walked out with a membership which is pretty cool considering I’ll be going back on many occasions. Now I can actually look forward to going there knowing I’ll build up enough points to get discounts and such. Awesome place so far for a first impression!

Products clearly marked, staff knowledgeable about what’s in stock and what’s not.
Prices are very fair, employees are very helpful and insanely easy to talk to.
Rebuilds are fast and on point.

Yesterday I came across this place on Unilocal and wasn’t sure if I should give it a try since the last couple of Vape Shops I’ve tried have been very unsuccessful… But I am SOOOOO glad I checked it out! The employee’s were very friendly and knowledgeable… I was very impressed with Kevin and the customer service I received! He went above and beyond explaining whatever question I asked about any of the products he sold! They also have a huge inventory of everything you’d need from flavors to mods! I will continue to shop there from now on and will recommend this shop to everyone I know!

I only write 5 star or 1 star reviews. Meaning somewhere is either highly important to me and disgusts me enough to disgrace their business. And Leeland’s is most definitely a 5 star. Kevin has helped me multiple times and I’ve promised him every time I would write a review and never have, but he deserves my 5 stars. He is very knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and patient. I’ve never been to a smoke shop as welcoming as this one. If you go anywhere else, you are wasting your time and money.

Great spot all your Vape needs. The sales rep is very knowledgeable in rebuilds and mods. Kevin provides excellent service! Great selection of juices for both the new Vape users and advance users. Highly recommended. :)
