Master Diamond

Vartan took an old ring from my wife’s grandmother and rebuilt it around a newer, larger stone that I had. He also made (from scratch) two additional rings to surround and complement the one center ring (does that make sense?), and all turned out beautifully. I’m bringing them back so that he can now fuse all 3 rings together. We had a lot of back-​and-​forth and took a while to come to agreement on design and my questions/​concerns, etc., but Vartan is skilled and gave good advice. Overall very happy with this place.

Vartan is simply amazing. I went in to Master Diamond w/​my boyfriend about a month ago. My boyfriend had already bought a setting from another local jewelry retailer and we were shopping diamonds. We were greeted by Vartan, who talked to us while we perused his engagement rings. He’d created a particularly beautiful ring (princess cut, bezel/​halo set). I’d said that I’d been looking for something similar, but w/​a round-​cut diamond. Vartan quickly said that he could «make that, no problem» and went on to describe his history in the jewelry-​making business. While my boyfriend went and returned the setting he’d bought, Vartan and I chatted and looked at diamonds. I selected a beautiful .82 carat ideal cut E colorless SI hearts-​on-​fire diamond and described what I wanted to both Vartan and my boyfriend. Vartan quoted us a price far below what we’d been quoted on inferior rings/​diamonds at other jewelry retailers.
On Christmas day, my boyfriend proposed to me with the most beautiful ring I’ve ever seen. It’s impressive, but tasteful, and completely unique. The ring looks better than I’d even imagined, and I can’t wait to get back down to Master Diamond to thank Vartan in person =).

The owner of Master Diamond is great! He can design and create the jewelery you’ve dreamed of. Prices are always reasonable compared to the other big guys around. Vartan is a great golfer too! Go see him at his shop!
