The Spa at Forma

I would go ANYWHERE to have a facial with Sheryl Weiss. She brings her vast knowledge and expertise, to the surprisingly tranquil Forma Gym Spa. She’s the perfect mix of med spa results and and resort massage relaxation. Feels like heaven, but you see results. 5 stars for Sheryl Weiss.

I recently had a facial with Sheryl and never been to the Spa at Forma. I was immediately impressed with the atmosphere of the Spa. It was very calming and instantly put me in a relaxed state. I had a thirty minute facial and it was really the best use of my thirty minutes. Sheryl was very professional and she has clearly been in the business for awhile. She knows products and she knows skin. I explained what I had hoped I might achieve in my appointment with her. The room was clean and comfortable. The towels and water she used were soft and warm. As she was putting products on my face, I could not believe how relaxed I felt. She did a great job explaining each product and what it did for the skin. Sheryl’s voice is very soothing. She was great at checking in with me to make sure that products were not feeling uncomfortable on my skin. She even massaged my face which felt fantastic. When I left, I got compliments through out the next few days on how much my skin glowed. I am really excited because they are going to be offering DermaSweep. I used this at another spa and my skin looked amazing. I just can not say enough about my experience with Sheryl You just can’t go wrong. The bonus is that if you use the spa services you can use the gym for the day. I thought that was wonderful. A true one stop shop!!!

My very first professional facial was a very pleasant experience from the moment I walked in the door of the Spa at Forma and was warmly greeted by the staff. The setting was very tranquil with tasteful decorative touches throughout. My esthetician was Sheryl and she was absolutely wonderful. I appreciated her very knowledgeable care of my skin as she explained each step of the facial treatment. I was amazed at the difference in my skin, which felt supple and moisturized without being greasy. And it glowed for days! I highly recommend a facial with Sheryl — everyone should «treat» themselves to her treatment!

I’ve finally found my go to girls! I moved here 8 years ago and have been looking for someone to help me with my skin ever since. After LOTS of disappointing facials, I came across 2 lovely estheticians here at Forma. Janet and her sister Cheryl were doing a demo so I stopped by to chat. I was immediately impressed by their obvious knowledge of the skin and seemed to understand (and have recommendations for) the troubles I was having. I felt comforted and assured by their professionalism and easy going attitude. And then I had facials. Wow! I had facials from both of them and I have to say, both were the best I’ve ever had. And my skin LOOKS SO MUCH BETTER! Thank you, thank you, THANK YOU!
Also, you don’t have to be a member. And if you’re not a member, you get to use the entire facility when you come for your service, even childcare. Its a really nice gym. I thoroughly enjoy it here. Great classes, great amenities and GREAT SPA!

Bharati is by far one of the most educated in her profession as an esthetician that I have met. She is very thorough, sanitary, professional. Best facial with impressive results. So happy to have found her at Forma Gym.

I am highly skeptical of holistic medicine but am a regular massage client at the Spa at Forma. I have had deep tissue work done by Laura, Denise, and Shanna and they are all fantastic. This past week I had the pleasure of my first Reflex-​Symmetry session with Abel Maguire. This was an incredible experience. This is very similar to reflexology but is very different at the same time. The way Abel worked the energy through my body until we found the right balance was incredible. He worked with me on relieving tender areas and relieved discomfort. I could feel Abel removing negative energy from problem areas and he slowly removed the energy completely. He was so in tune with my body after an hour and it was very impressive. When I got off of the table, I felt rejuvenated. I was so relaxed and pretty much melted into the table and needed a little bit of time to gather myself. LOL When I left the spa, I was told by a friend at the club that I looked like a new person and that it looked like I just woke up from a great nights sleep. The most impressive thing was Abel’s ability to identify problem areas after spending minimal time with me. He is truly special and anybody looking for an alternative, non-​traditional, but yet effective treatment, give this a try!
