Simcha Sisters is a full-​service company specializing in Jewish life cycle events in the San Francisco Bay Area. Our services include managing the best caterers, bakeries, photographers, videographers, rentals, linens, event themes, customized prop design, site location, tenting and much more. Simcha Sisters will manage every part of your mitzvah moment – from the of the candles – to the cutting of the mitzvah cake. We will make the event worry free, so that you and your family can enjoy your guests and the event!

History

Established in 2010.

Simcha Sisters was started by two sisters, Shana Goldberg and Tanya Shore. They grew up in the bay area and have years of experience planning social events, B’nai Mitzvahs and fundraising for Jewish causes.

Business Owner

Along with her positive and upbeat personality, Shana Goldberg brings nearly a decade of event planning experience to her clients. She has spent many years coordinating events for corporate clients such as Genentech, Wells Fargo and Microsoft in San Francisco and in the Napa Valley. She worked on social events such as weddings and Bar/​Bat Mitzvahs as well as corporate parties at Hornblower Cruises & Events. She managed the Special Event Department at The Harvest Inn in Napa Valley planning many beautiful weddings. She continues to plan weddings with Dee Merz in the wine country and really enjoys playing a special part in the lives of her couples. Throughout her professional career, Shana has proven herself invaluable as an event planner within the luxury hotel industry, as well as planning weddings, special events, and corporate events of all sizes.
