Quick service, good follow up… good job.

I filed a Small Claim for the second time in two years, and used this service both times for process service. They were so nice and easy to deal with, I knew I didn’t have to worry when I went the second time. They know just what to do to serve the papers correctly, file the correct form with the court, and send me copies. I even got an email right after the papers were served just to let me know, before the paperwork for the service was completed. If I ever have to go to court again, I definitely will always use this service. Great people! No stress! Quick and accurate service.

I am EXTREMELY Satisfied with the services of One Hour Delivery! Jerry Chamberlain made my emergency his emergency by assisting me. I had less that 4 hours to obtain certified court documents and deliver them to someone in San Francisco — the problem is I live in Arizona! I found One Hour Delivery on a google search, liked their website and called after an initial email quote. The courier completed everything I needed AND even called once the documents were delivered! Amazing, fast, accurate service! I am sharing this company with all my friends and colleagues! And they were reasonably priced (for my emergency!). HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Quick and easy. I’m based in Sacramento and had a last minute need for a messenger service in Oakland. They answered my phone call immediately and explained their process/​rates. I was able to get the documents to them by email, they delivered, the messenger signed off on the delivery, they sent me confirmation, and it all happened within a few hours. SUPER RUSH IS SUPER GREAT
Our office used East Bay Mail and Delivery for a long time. I believe their ownership changed and we looked around a little bit for reliable service at a reasonable price. We have so far been thrilled with the group over at OHD.
A couple weeks back we needed to file a case in Alameda (we’re located in WC) — with literally only a few hours until the filing deadline we rushed to finish the paperwork and called OHD with our dilemma. They confirmed that we could use the Court’s dropbox which is available until 4. They confirmed they had a driver for us and he was to the office super quick.
I called OHD the next day to confirm the status of the filing. Sue answered the phone and transferred me to Sandy who quickly confirmed the dropbox had been reached in time, and offered to look online at the filing status. Wonderful service.
Expecting a huge bill for the «super rush» I was surprised to see a charge around $ 70. How wonderful!!! Our charges for «normal» delivery are generally around $ 50. We’ve had no problems so far with service or billing. I actually think the bills are broken down nicely, making it easy to in turn bill our clients separately.

We used One Hour Delivery to send eviction notices to a tenant and they lost the key to the condo, which was a bit inconvenient to replace but we were pleasantly surprised when One Hour Delivery reimbursed the cost of the key. A great and honest company that we will use in the future if needed!

One Hour Delivery did a complex court filing and drop off for me, they were fast efficient and extremely professional. I received an e-​mail confirmation my order had been received and upon completion I received via e-​mail the file stamped copies. I highly recommend this service!
