Nancy is great. I do not see many agents in this business that are as honest, straightforward and diligent as Nancy is. She does a great job for her clients and is always available.
Whether you are buying or refinancing, I can not recommend her services enough.

This review is mainly for Vincent Rossi, of the Bennet team. With Vincent’s help, my wife and I were able to buy a home we absolutely love! Vincent knows his stuff, and he is on the ball when it comes to helping out his clients. He is responsive, keeps up to date on the real estate market, and most importantly, he cares about his clients. I highly recommend working with Vincent when buying or selling a home!

This review is mainly for Vincent Rossi, of the Bennet team. My husband and I began our house search in January of this year using his VA loan. We started out by contacting a handful of other realtors who came highly recommended on Unilocal and by word of mouth. Most of the flat out refused to work with us while others made us feel like we were the last priority. That is until by chance, we were looking at an open house in Concord and bumped into Nancy Bennet, who was very knowledgable about both the market as well as specializing in VA loans. Although, she couldn’t work for us directly she assigned us to one of her best protégées, Vincent Rossi.
Vincent worked with us tirelessly, for months, trying to help us find a home that both met ours and the VA’s requirements. He was always very professional, easy to get a hold of, in fact, most of our communication was through texts. Whenever my husband was too busy to meet during the work week, Vincent would offer to pick me up at a nearby Bart station (depending on the area we were looking) about once or twice a week. He never lost hope for us and despite all the pitfalls we were having by our offers being rejected, one after the other, he likewise, never allowed us to loose hope either. He told me from day one, no matter how long it takes, he wouldn’t give up on us. Unlike, most realtors who try to get you into a home fast, he took his time and really tried to make sure the house was a good fit and wouldn’t let us settle for something he didn’t deem good enough.
This guy, is outstanding at writing clean and to the point offers. He has mad negotiation skills but above everything else, he has a rare quality in today’s world, he TRULY cares about his clients, even past the point of sale. He’s definitely earned both my husbands and my trust and we have come to view him as a friend also. After recently helping us purchase our current home (after 17 offers!) we ended up having a few undisclosed set backs, which he was there to show us an overwhelming amount of support, advice and guidance for. He had no obligation to go above and beyond but he did, because, like myself who also see’s clients, he feels a sense of obligation to ensure his clients are happy and to lend a hand if needed. He considers that every situation and circumstance is different and that while you are definitely in business to make money, he tries to relate others frustration, really listens and displays a lot of patience on what sometimes can be a painstakingly, long and stressful journey, working late hours and having little time off. He feels invested in his clients and in the end wants them to be happy and to feel like he did everything he possibly can to help out at the end of the day.
Vincent, we are truly thankful and grateful to have met you and had the privilege of working with you. You are definitely a great friend also, and thanks to the entire Bennet Team and Nancy, they truly are some of the best and they are certainly fortunate to have this guy on their team! If you are someone with a VA loan or having difficulty finding an agent to trust, look no further!

I met Nancy a few years ago at an open house. I started looking for a condo to purchase but had to stop. A few months ago I stared my search again and Nancy introduced me to Vivian, one of her Buyer’s Agents. High energy and down to earth, Nancy has put together a team of specialists to enable lightening fast responses to her clients and quick remedies to problems. Nancy is very hands on for all the marketing and buyer evaluation issues. Example: Nancy held an open house EVERY DAY of the 10-​day period from listing to acceptance of offers! To enable her to be proficient, she has team specialists for other aspects of the selling process.
We had many dealings with all members of Nancy’s team because our place was renovated — based on Nancy’s suggestions –prior to listing. Nancy and her team helped us find contractors and stayed on top of the process!
No listing, especially when the sellers are in another part of the country, is ever problem free. We had some glitches and we also had many questions. We relied heavily on Nancy and her team to get us answers. In a few cases, we felt Nancy’s team had not made the leap from really good to really great. That is not a criticism. Our house is stunning, but it had some unique rehab and repair issues.
This team will only get better and we would employ the Bennett team again in a heartbeat. We made so much more money than if we had not improved the house. Four stars = A, and with a few tweaks and another selling season they will be A++++

Nancy and team are just Awesome, #1 realtor I have ever dealt with. I’ve moved four times in the last thirteen years and by Far no one come close to the Knowledge and SERVICE they provide. You will know exactly what the status of your purchase is at all times and will without a doubt end up with the home you will love without any surprises. One word «Awesome» nothing less. Nancy represented us in the sale of our Concord home in summer 2013. She arranged for us to make quick renovations to sell our home so we could get into our new home.
