My Wife and I couldn’t have been happier in our experience working with Bob and Debbie! We found them while researching reviews on Unilocal and Zillow and were confident that based upon their reputation we would have a great experience. Our home buying process took many twists and turns including wanting to find a rehab property at a discount to simply wanting to find a good property, based on our budget, at a fair price. We took a total of 8 months to find and house to settle on, and during that time we were able to really get to know Bob and Debbie. Based upon our experiences with them, we now have the privilege of calling them our friends. You will find Bob and Debbie to be knowledgeable, generous, sincere, available, responsive, persistent, patient, and hard working. My favorite things about Bob and Debbie are their high levels of integrity and honesty. I am a long time proprty owner and investor here in Danville. My father was a well known and respected agent and so I know several of the top agents in the area. There is ultimately only one reason a property will sell or can be purchased and that is price.
A good agent knows and will articulate this principal with a clear conscience not low balling for a quick sale or telling a client a high price to get the listing…
I asked Bob and Debbie to appraise my properties when the market got hot this past year. I was very appreciative of their perspective and depth of knowledge for the confluence of market changes. They were accurate in predicting the rise and fall of inventory and how to position a property to achieve the best price.

I really appreciate Bobs wisdom when I needed advice about the ever changing market. I own a rental house that I was considering putting on the market a few years back. I talked to a few agents and they advised me to sell, Bob was the only one who recommended that I hold on. He said that the market was going to recover, and it made sense for me to hang in there. He backed up his advice with hard data, and convinced me to go with him. He was right! Thank God for Bob, I’m 50k ahead of where I would have been if I sold, which is a lot of money. He put my needs ahead of his own, and I truly appreciate it. When I decide to sell my home Bob will be the Realtor that sells it for me.
If you EVER are considering putting your home on the market, you owe it to yourself to consult with Bob Gibbs.

Bob was the third and last real estate agent we worked with during our 2013 home search. In comparrison, the other two agents I «worked» with should not even have licenses. Same stupid scripts, same «buy now or foever be priced out» played out lines.
While other agents scoffed at the idea at using a non-​conventional loan in such a «crazy hot market,» Bob confidently told me that he would make it happen and find my family the house we wanted. Boy did he deliver! We ended up purchasing the best house we saw at our offer price (which appraised for over what we bought it for)! I owe a lot of that sucess to Bob.
Do yourself a favor and get a real estate agent that has your best interest in mind! Apparenly the barriers to becoming an accredited agent in California is extremely low and there are A LOT of agents out there who are borderline idiots. Bob & Debbie team is where my internet research hit the jackpot. Bob was the only agent that I met that was on top of his game 24⁄7!!!
Here is the short version– Bob is personable, NOT PUSHY, thinks strategically, is a good negotiator, stays on top of macro and micro trends in real estate markets and the general economy, has great customer service, is very prompt, and most importantly– puts his buyers above profits and deals! Multiple times he gave us advice and supported decisions that were motivated by having our best interest (and not closing the deal). I did not see the value of real estate agents until I met Bob!

Bob and Debbie are the real deal! If you are a real person, and can fog up a mirror under your nose, chances are that you know a realtor. It may be your brother, friend, or your crazy uncle Larry. You still need to interview three to five realtors. This is the only way to know what you can expect, and what is going on in the market. Bob and Debbie should be in that group. Meet them, they are great resources on the local and greater California real-​estate market. You will be impressed, and most likely uncle Larry will be a bit disappointed. Not to worry Larry, you still get the fruit cake for Christmas. Bob is my go-​to-​guy when it comes to the ever-​changing housing market, once you meet him he will be your guy as well.

Before we move forward, you need to know that Debbie and Bob are REAL people, with big hearts and a willingness to help make your [home buying] dreams come true.
This summer — my husband and I were first-​time home buyers and really didn’t know what we were getting ourselves into. Debbie and Bob never pushed us to make a decision and really took notice of the «cues» we gave them. They were considerate and honest.
We ended up purchasing a perfect little house in downtown Pleasanton, thanks to Debbie’s hard work. She was a gentle guiding hand from the beginning and continues to be a good friend and someone we look to for answers, as we embark on home-​ownership.

I have always been curious and interested in local real estate, and once filled out an online home search form that would alert me daily with homes coming up for sale within the specific parameters that I’d set. (I honestly don’t even remember how I found this site.) One day I saw a house come up on the market just three houses down from the home my husband and I were living in with our two kids. Bob and Debbie Gibbs were the agents that sent me the daily updates, so I contacted them to see if they were willing to show us the house — more out of curiosity than anything else, to be honest.
Bob graciously agreed to show us the house at our convenience. Upon seeing the house, we discovered that it was both a short sale, and in need of major renovation. We decided to take a leap and made an offer on the home. We didn’t have any experience with short sales and Bob and Debbie were extremely helpful every step of the way.
Not only were they our real estate agents, we felt comfortable with them and could really tell that they cared about us as a family — it wasn’t just a business deal for them.
