History

Established in 1999.

After 13 years of practicing law with two outstanding firms, I opened The Law Offices of Daniel P. Beaver in April of 1999 in San Francisco. Less than two years later, we moved our offices to Walnut Creek, where we continue to enjoy assisting individuals, families and businesses with their real estate legal needs.

In 2013, I joined the state and local Board of Realtors in order to provide greater support for our clients involved in selling and purchasing real estate. We continue to represent residential and commercial owners and landlords with leasing and eviction issues; disputes arising from their purchase, sale or loan; adjoining landowner issues; as well as homeowner association, construction and related real estate matters.
