Amanda has been coloring my hair and has done an outstanding job

Amanda cut my hair exactly how I wanted. I knew my hair was damaged but I didn’t want short hair. She cut off all the dead stuff and my hair almost looked even longer when she was done. I asked her to do what she thought would look good and told her a few things I wanted and she totally listened. I love my hair and I highly recommend her. I also asked for advice on how to keep my hair from getting so burnt and she gave me lots of pointers. :)

Found Amanda on Unilocal and took a chance, desperately trying to find someone who would not botch my hair. Amanda is fabulous, she was super sweet, down to earth and did a fantastic job on my hair. I have long thick hair that had been through a few horrible cuts but Amanda gave me exactly what I wanted and I could not be happier.

I’ve been wanting to cut my hair short for a long time & went searching for a stylist I could trust to do it. A few friends recommended Amanda & said she did a great job with short hair cuts. I showed her a picture of exactly how I wanted it & she assured me she could make it happen.
At first I was nervous because this was a huge change for me, but Amanda made me feel comfortable & was very professional during the whole experience. SHE DID AN AMAZING JOB! I couldn’t be happier with my hair and I’m getting countless compliments about it! If anyone asks me if I know a great hair stylist, Amanda will be the first person I recommend!

Amanda is by far the most amazing hairdresser I have ever had, and I will never go anywhere else. She has blessed me with fabulous locks for the past 8 years, and if I had a dollar for every compliment I’ve received on my hair — I’d have a nice stack of cash. And I’d give it all to her. I’ve followed her from each salon, and finally to her own business (she deserves it for all her hard work.)
I would endure months of split ends and unsightly roots while away at college 350 miles away, because I refused to let anyone else meddle with my hair. No joke.
Over the years she has taken me from a pale golden blonde, to a redhead, to a caramel brunette, a deep chocolate brown, a raven-​haired beauty, and back to the deep chocolate crowd-​pleaser. We’ve even thrown extensions into the mix. She’s creative with unexpected little pops of different shades that add extra dimension. And if that wasn’t enough, she’s kept my hair healthy and glossy the entire way, despite the multitude of processes my hair has been put through. That’s talent right there.
Her cuts are spot on; she always knows exactly what I want, despite the fact that I am atrocious at explaining the style I’m after. She always tailors the cut to suit my face perfectly, and I always look forward to the regular catch-​ups and life-​updates throughout the appointment.
In short, she’s amazing and incredibly talented, and is guaranteed to give you exactly what you’re after — and make it more fabulous than you could ever imagine. Can you tell I like her work?

I’ve been going to Amanda for my haircuts, color and highlights since moving to the Bay Area more than three years ago.
I entrusted her with my wedding haircut and color which was long blond layers with lots of high and low lights for that beach blond look. After that I went to a dark chestnut type brown and then a few months later had her crop it in a very short and fun asymmetrical «not your mom’s bob». Got so many compliments on that cut. She has taken me back blond now and I’m growing my hair out long again, which is fun because she’s been giving me fun styles in the process.
My hair always looks great (unless you catch me dropping my kids off to preschool on an off morning) and I owe that to Amanda. She’s really awesome and does super versatile looks. I’ve referred multiple people to her including my husband, sister, mom and mother in-​law and they’ve all continued to use her.
Plus she’s funny as hell and fun to talk to. Great stylist through and through.

Amanda is not only an excellent hair stylist but she is very easy to talk with while she makes you look amazing. She is also very professional and more than willing to go the extra mile to make others happy.

Amanda has been my hair stylist for YEARS! She is amazing I have super curly dark hair and she took my all the way up to platinum blonde! Without killing my hair and keeping my super curly texture! Now she has her own salon which is awesome!!! I Definitely recommend her!
