At Semper West Builders, we have been in business since 2011. We pride our company on reliability, integrity and quality work. We are experts in our trade and will do our best to keep you as educated as we can on your particular task or project. There is always an onsite project manager to assure the highest quality goes into every project. Our Project Managers will be there to address any concern and answer your questions.

Manager

Charles has over 30 years of experience in residential remodeling and roofing business. He is an expert in residential all roofing systems and materials. Factory certified in GAF, Certainteed, Eco Star, Air Vent, and Atlas roofing products. He is uniquely qualified to recommend the right roofing system to the home owner.

Repairs and remodeling can present an over whelming verity of choices that demand decisions. Charles enjoys helping clients by guiding them through the sometimes difficult decision process. He can help educate the home owner about the various products and how they work together in order to wise choices when replacing a roof system.

Charles is an experienced expert in dealing with home owner insurance claims related storm damage. He can usually help the home owner to settle their claim quickly while restoring their home back to wholeness.
