This business is amazing! I can tell you that I have very high standards when it comes to businesses, and I’ve NEVER written a review. He has helped me on 3 different occasions. Each time, he personally answered the phone and responded immediately to the situation. I had a leak in my ceiling — he was at my home within 2 hours after business hours all the way in Lake Ridge, VA. My mother had a flooded basement, and he responded the very next day all the way in Baltimore! Then my basement had a minor flooding issue, and again, he immediately responded the next morning. He is very reasonable and completely professional. He gives advice on how to save money, and shows you what the issues are and what can be done to resolve. It really blew my mind when he suggested other things to avoid costs — he could have made so much more money. I think his personal service, response time and integrity deserve to be rated. He immediately pulled the carpet up and got rid of the padding. He was worried about the mold and my health. He then told me what to look for if I decided to get other estimates — after he did all that work! As consumers, we’re always looking for quality service, low prices, and honest businesses — he has it all. I kind of want to hide him and keep him all to myself, but he is a true gem and others should know this.

What a lovely and professional gentleman!
Mr. Andrew Ross removed an old, and installed a new, ceiling fan this afternoon in just under 2 hours.
He was thorough and intelligent and worked quickly to get the job done correctly and efficiently as possible. Mr. Ross also explained the steps he was taking, which was very nice to find someone who took the time to extrapolate on what he was doing. He was very honest and upfront about pricing, which was completely refreshing.
I will gladly recommend him to friends and use him again the next time I need work done. Good job!

Triangle Legacy did a great job on our carpets. We bought a Groupon a while back and finally got around to using it. We have two large dogs who love to make a mess in our house. The carpets came out looking super clean and smelled great after they were done! Andrew (the company owner) was professional and friendly and a pleasure to chat with. We will be using Triangle legacy again.

Today Andrew came to do some work on re-​caulking our master bath — he did such a great job we had him do an additional two bathrooms! Service was seemless, professional and quality outstanding. I showed him a few carpet stains that I was tackling and he also helped with that… will definately call him in the future when needed and would highly recommend to others.

Triangle Legacy was professional and courteous. I was impressed with how informative they were and explaining the «behind the scenes». We had a great experience with Triangle Legacy. I searched for a local handyman for weeks. I called dozens of contractors. Other contractors wanted to wait weeks to start a project — not Triangle Legacy. Someone was at our house to give us a quote in one hour.
They hung some lights, shelves, and put together desks in our office on two separate occasions. They were on time, professional, cleaned up. I’d recommend their services to anyone.
