Our car broke down last night on our way home. Called this company to see if he could help us. At first he was asking questions about the make, model, year, color, where our location was etc of the vehicle. I thought he was going to come. Well he started asking the same questions over and over again, I asked if he was going to come because it as nearly 10 pm and I had my kids with me. Finally he said something like he’s in Cambells and suddenly he can’t hear me, then said he’s to drunk so to call someone else and he starts laughing and hangs up on me. I called back and he doesn’t answer. Luckily some guys came and it was a minor problem that got fixed and we was on our way home. Then at 6the next morning he calls back and asks did someone call him… Never use this company.
