New Beginnings

The owner/​operator of New Beginnings, Eleni, exhibits all these traits and has earned my respect and trust in the three years that I have been a client. Her home-​based beauty business and personal demeanor are in keeping with the rural Waimanalo setting, offering a down-​home comfortable, local-​style feel with plenty of aloha.
There are a variety of services available, including facials, eyebrows, nails, and massage. Eleni has even developed her own line of skin care products, called Mahina Ke Alo, and an aromatherapy line, called Hawaiian Breathing Herbs, using local, organic ingredients. Her pricing is very competitive. Payment is by cash or check only.
New Beginnings is easy to find. From Kalanianaole Hwy in Waimanalo Town, turn on Mekia St. (at the corner where Shima’s Market and L&L Drive Inn are located). Stay on this road until you reach the upside-​down fork, and the New Beginnings driveway will be on the right (there is a small sign).
