Definitely a 5 star company! The driver (The one with the military style hair cut) had the best customer service. Took good care of me, my gang and all the bags in that Mercedes 15 passenger van. Highly recommended and will definitely use them again! Mahalo Maui Airport Taxi Shuttle!

We used Maui Airport Taxi to tour the Road to Hana. Denis made sure that we had a great day taking us to places that we had researched as well as highlights that he thought we might enjoy. The truck we rode in was very comfortable, a bonus of snacks and water were also provided. This was a stress free day for a tour that would have been intense for us to drive.

Kai was very professional and had excellent customer service. The cars we had were beautiful and clean. Kai was on time and waited for us at baggage with a customized sign with our last name on it so we could identify him. The service was also very reasonable. Booked the Escalade to Hana and it was amazing! Very clean and luxurious! And to top it off, there were water bottles and lavender towels in the back seat to make the ride so much more enjoyable. We went to see 2 waterfalls and our driver, Claire, was very professional and knowledgeable about Maui. Will definitely use them again!!!

Maui Airport Shuttle Service had excellent customer service from the time of booking until drop off. Cleanest vehicles on the island. Got to my destination on time. I’ve used other shuttle services but Maui Airport Shuttle was by far the best! Won’t use any other company.
