The Vista, CA office is a locally owned and operated in-​home care and assistance agency. Our mission is to improve the quality of life for those we serve. We do that by providing high quality in-​home care givers to serve you.

James Penfield is a long time resident of San Diego and North County and is very active within the home care industry: CA Assoc. of Health Services at Home, Regional Home Care Council, County Council on Aging, Senior Specialists Group, and others.

James has a sincere desire to serve the local community and practice his own family values. He has considerable experience with elder care and the opportunity to empower North County seniors to live in their own homes and continue their quality of life drives the daily management of his agency.
