Knowledgeable, honest, reliable. I went to fix my iPhone 6plus because the screen cracked. Fixed and repaired my phone in faster then he quoted. Would highly recommend this repair shop to anyone. The quality control is amazing, before handing the phone over he makes sure everything is in working properly testing the wifi, Bluetooth, headphone jack, fingerprint scanner, all the buttons. Like I said you have a broken phone don’t go anywhere else. Save your time and money and just go here first.

I brought in my iPhone 5 for screen/​LCD repair. Repair was done in about an hour and a half-​the tech was very organized and checked everything to make sure the phone was operating correctly. The repair quote/​price was very reasonable and comes with a great warranty!

My wife dropped her iPhone at work yesterday and smashed her screen so bad you could hardly see anything on the phone. She was so bummed out. A co-​worker told her about Robert and R&M Gadget Repair. We called him when my wife got home from work to see if we still had time to bring it in that day. Although it was close to him closing shop for the night he told us to come on in. Robert not only waited for us before closing up but he even replaced the screen within a half hour while we waited and at a very reasonable price. His shop is extremely clean and orderly. Not only were these guys the quickest to respond with a quote, but it was the cheapest and fastest quote I got. I went in about a week after I received the quote, but they gave me the same price ($ 100 to replace the screen on a first gen ipad air), and had it to me in 24 hours! Perfect service!

I was referred to Robert by a Facebook friend. My screen was shot. I mean like, fell off a rollercoaster, off a bridge, onto the gravel, ran over shot. Not really, I just dropped it. The screen glad was falling off, scraping my ear, & the LCD screen was gone. I was quoted $ 120. Perfect.
I went in, he said an hour. It was done in 30 min AND also added a screen protector. Best service ever. THANK YOU!

If I could give 6 stars I would! Broke my phone Thursday night called Robert at R&M gadget repair, and he had me bring it by ASAP. I brought it by before work the following day and it was fixed by the time I got off! Amazing customer service. I am so impressed, this is the third time I’ve had my phone fixed by them and this company is extremely consistent. Never had one issue! I recommend them to everyone I know!

I checked Unilocal after damaging my cell phone screen and headed straight to Robert (Corona) at R & M. Extremely glad I did! Fixed on time, at the estimated price, with a loaner phone AND screen protector all included in the minimal repair price. This guy knows his stuff, is extremely personable and efficient. Couldn’t have asked for anything more :)

Great service and repair on my Samsung. Robert went through checklist with me to rule out other issues. Simple fix on my charging port (which I suspected). He replaced it and now my phone works like new, better than it has in a long time — and it is less than two years old! Very happy.

My wife and I recently upgraded to i-​phone 6 Plus. On a family outing, one phone fell six feet face down on the pavement, cracking the screen ! But we have repair insurance ! Yes and
the deductible is $ 200.00 ! Next logical step = call Robert at R & M Gadget. True to reputation,
Robert repaired our phone to like new condition in one day for less than $ 150.00 ! It can take much longer if you go through the insurance repair and you will likely get a re-​boxed re-​furb
replacement. On Robt’s recommendation, we also installed tempered glass screen protectors

Had great Unilocal reviews, and was a nice guy on the phone so decided to bring in my Ipod. I couldn’t get it to charge on my docking station and it needed a new charger port. While he was able to fix it, he somehow caused the sound to no longer function. He tried replacing the speakers, but to no avail. I really wasn’t that upset, because most of the time I use it on the docking station anyways, and so I could deal with it. However, it was the way he dealt with it that really irritated me. Not only did he conceal this from me for several days while he tried to fix it, when he finally came clean he called and told me what had happened, I waited for an apology or for some kind of resolution, but instead he offered nothing, but awkward silence. After about a 5 second pause I let him know I would come and pick it up. I thought for sure he would offer a discount on the price of repairing it at least, but he offered nothing not even an insincere apology. Honestly I think we should have called it square, because it was about $ 45 for the repair, and surely I shouldn’t have to pay $ 45 for someone ruining my Ipod Perhaps he was waiting for me to haggle with him, but that’s not my style. So he broke my Ipod and offered nothing in return. WOW! That’s just a horrible way to do business. Not necessarily saying he’s a bad guy, or that he won’t repair your phone, but clearly he’s got a lot to learn about accountability when things don’t go right. Reminds me of a dry cleaner who ruins your shirt, and then just shrugs at you. Not sure what else to do, but give him 1 star to maybe wake up him to how to run a business. Lucky for him he didn’t know me a few years ago, because I would have ripped him a new one in person too.

Robert recently repaired my Galaxy S5. His shop is bright, extremely clean and organized, and he’s had professional training in repair of hand-​held devices. Believe me, after perusing repair sites I was convinced that it was not only necessary, but prudent to have my phone glass repaired by someone who has the appropriate knowledge and tools for the job. Not only did Robert restore my phone to «new» condition, but he spent quite a bit of his valuable time answering my general questions about the phone. He was extremely patient and suggested ways to make my phone work better for me. I have already recommended him to my friends and family members and will continue to do so. Vista has another winner!

R&M Gadget Repair is the only place I will trust to repair my Apple devices. He did an excellent job repairing a previous ‘hack repair’, by a different company, on my iPad 3, 64g tablet. He did it with the absolute most detail and technical expertise. He exceeded my expectations. He did the job in a timely manner, with excellent communication. He documented the problem clearly and explained everything to me.

I got my phone IPhone 5 screen fixed here the other day. I thought there was no fixing it. The screen was shattered and cracked up but Robert was able to fix it and make it look brand new! His service was fast and very friendly. Would recommend you taking your cracked screens here for replacing, instead of paying your cell phone provider double for the deductible cost. Robert charged me 80 $ and tmobile wanted 150 $.

Robert is very courteous, professional, and will take all his time with you. My dad goes there. My brother goes there. He is skilled with Apple products and Android products.
The first time I met him, he steered me right. He was incredibly honest and knowledgeable. He put my charger port under his microscope and brought me an image identifying that the chip was torn away from the motherboard. He explained it to me like a scientist and a doctor, taking all his time with his diagnosis. He did not even charge me.
He’s the kind of guy I’d like to give all my business to, but I don’t have anymore broken phones. Otherwise I’d go there all the time.

We didn’t do business, but sometimes that’s just as an important experience as when you do. I spoke to Robert. He was friendly and professional. I wanted a DVD player repaired (I won’t turn on). He let me know that he didn’t work on those and together we decided it probably wasn’t cost effective anyway. He will do smart phone and tablet repair though so if that need strikes I’ll definitely give them a try.

I ordered a kit (from somewhere else) to repair a broken screen myself. The kit didn’t include any adhesive. R & M Gadget Repair kindly sold me what I needed at a reasonable price and gave me some advise on how to fix my phone.
Next time I break a phone I’ll probably just have them do the repair.
