Crossings Dental

Went to Dr Murasko for a second opinion. He is not in my network of dentists but I trust his opinion an have seen him before. The other dentist wanted to do a crown, root canal, crown lengthening etc. Dr. M took some X-​rays and determined that only a large filling was needed not all the other stuff the other dentist wanted to do. Had the work done with Dr M… tooth feels great. Dr M only does what is absolutely necessary — the other guys want to do everything your plan covers and more whether u need it or not!

Great dentist. I had put of things a bit too long so I got a lot of work done here. A root canal, a crown, and 6 cavities. Very professional and courteous…

I came here awhile ago for a cleaning because it is conveniently located so close to my home. They told me that I needed to have a root canal done because of a cavity that wouldn’t be possible to fill. I went to Ocean Ranch dentistry for a second opinion and the dentist there agreed and said I had a cavity, but also filled it with no problem. It’s almost about a year later and I have no problems with the filling or that tooth. I also saved about $ 12,000 because I didn’t get a completely «necessary» root canal.

At the beginning of the year, I went to Dr Murasko and when i left, my bite was hitting very high. I told him and he said to give it a couple of days to see if i got used to it. It really felt «off». The next day, my upper tooth above the crown totally cracked in half
(up the root). needless to say I did NOT want to go back to him. I had to have the tooth extracted and now the horrible cost of a bridge. The other thing i did not like with Dr Murasko is he kept calling me «hon» and «sweetie» like i was my 95 y/​o grandmother. I found that very condescending.

I had a ton of work that needed to be done after 15 years of avoiding the dentist. I am so happy I found Dr. Murasko. The pain was minor and he took his time and made me feel very comfortable. I really appreciate his attention to detail and his staff is great. I highly recommend using his practice if you are looking for a dentist.

Thank God for Unilocal!I found this Dentist, Dr. Morosco, based on excellent Unilocal reviews. The picture on Unilocal reminded me of Captain Americas red faced foe, but I’m so glad that didn’t deter me. Dr. Morosco is the rare perfect Dentist who is young enough to know the latest and has new equipment, yet is experienced enough to know what is OK to watch and what needs to be fixed. The best thing is that he is honest.
After hearing that I needed two crowns, at $ 450 each, from another Dentist, I went to Crossings for a second opinion. Dr. Morosco told me that, while I would probably need such work in the future, it wasn’t needed yet. It might be 10 years before I need work done. He spent a considerable amount of time explaining and showing the x-​rays and pictures to me. All of my Engineer minded questions were answered. For only $ 20 too. I’m ditching the other Dentist.

Reception is friendly and helpful.
Cleaning is the most gentlest I’ve had.
The doctor is very helpful and knowledgable. Unlike others I’ve seen, he isn’t «crown happy». I’ve had the best results over the past three years.

Crossings Dental is, by far, the best dental establishment I have visited in the tri-​city area! The receptionist has a real knack for remembering faces and names. She is very well versed in her understanding of insurance and will gladly tell you what is covered and what is not well in advance! I cannot stress how nice it is to talk to someone on the phone who seems absolutely thrilled to be talking to you! Furthermore, the hygienists and Dr. Murasko himself are incredible! Very very gentle and considerate. I have never had a poor experience, despite having gone seven years between cleanings (yes, seven… don’t judge me… the Doc didn’t!). After having a very difficult time finding a dentist I felt I could trust I am so relieved to have found Dr. Murasko and Crossings Dental!

Dr. Mike fixed my failing composite/​veneer on my 2 front teeth.
I’m very stoked that with my Delta «Plan;not insurance» covered the majority of the cost to let me smile again!

I was searching for a dentist who could fix my mother’s implants and found Dr. Murasko through Unilocal and every review I read convinced me to give him a call. Boy am I glad I did. He went above and beyond to help my mom as quickly as he could and she has never been happier with her dentist and dental work. Tina who runs the front office was also very friendly and helpful. We will not hesitate to recommend him to friends and family in the future.

I’m just checking in with you Unilocalers to let you know that 2 years down the road Dr. Murasko and his staff continue to be the best. I have never been happier at a Dentist office. They take great care of us, we have had no insurance hassles. They have a great system for appointment reminders. Tina sends me email statements once a year, I’m trying to go paperless so I love this. We have had less problems because they are just on the maintenance routine and they don’t try to sell you services you don’t need. They are outstanding.

Dr. Murasko is the best! I am officially not scared to go to the dentist anymore!
So happy I found him. Now forcing my husband to go :)

When was the last time YOUR dentist called you after a procedure to check in and see how you were doing?
It had never happened to me (with the exception of Dr. Hulse, who just happened to be the guy who recommended Dr. Murasko to me in the first place).
This office is fun, friendly and a great place to go, especially for someone like me who is a total baby when it comes to dental work.
I have been to dozens of Dentists in my years and Dr. Murasko is my favorite.

My husband has been seeing Dr. Murasko for several years; we were referred by his wonderful oral surgeon, Dr. Shelhamer.
My husband is probably the worst dental patient ever. He has actual bitten one before. Yes, I said it. He is a 6’3″, 300 pound baby when it comes to dealing with his mouth. Sadly, in 2009 he went to a unqualified dentist in L.A. to get a front tooth implant that went horribly wrong when the implant post they used was the wrong size, and they actually closed their doors shortly after, leaving my husband with no recourse and a gaping hole in the front of his mouth.
The first time we met Dr. M, I knew he was in good hands. Although my husband was his usual brash self, instead of being scared away, Dr. M knew how to talk to him to settle his fears. It took a little over 6 months and many many visits, but my husband and Dr. M could now be best of friends, and he actually looks forward to his visits. As many others have said, he is very clear that a proper tooth and gum hygiene régime is what is going to save you in the long run. No matter how much repair work he does, if you don’t brush and floss and maintain regular cleanings, it is all for not.
We are just weeks away from my husbands «happy day» when he will be no longer without a front tooth after 4 years of embarrassment, procedures and thousands of dollars. I can’t wait to see his smile again, and we owe that to Crossings Dental. Mike is a consummate professional and wants to make sure you are 100% satisfied and getting what you pay for.
As a side note, Tina at the front desk and Helen who does the billing are an exact reflection on Dr. M’s practice. Professional and friendly. I have actually recently moved to Dr. M from my dentist whom I had been with for 10 years and recommended a crown I don’t even need.

Dr. Murasko is the BOMB! I have been seeing Dr. Murasko for about 5 years now and he is the best dentist I have had in my 44 years walking this earth. He has all the latest dental technology and I can tell he cares about his patients with the way he has treated me. He jokes that I am going to «put him out of business» since I never need actual work done on my teeth, just the regular cleanings and x-​rays, as I do brush regularly, etc. But he never suggests any unwarranted procedures, and clearly shows you what is going on in your mouth, which thankfully is not much in my case.
I’ve referred my wife and friends to him and they come back with the same glowing review that speaks to my experience with Dr. Murasko. His staff is very friendly as well and I never dread going to his office, as some might with other dentists, in fact I enjoy it. Thank you Dr. Murasko!

This review is months late because every time I started to write it, I didn’t feel that my writing does Dr. Murasko justice. He is quite simply one of the most honorable people I’ve ever met. I saw Dr. Murasko years ago and due to a job change could not see him for two years. After feeling as though I was buying a car at «Carlsbad Dental Associates» and suffering through two other incompetent offices, I was fortunate enough to be able to go back to Dr. Murasko. He and his staff are like a breath of fresh air. I cannot say enough about my experience with Dr. Murasko. He actually gives me faith that some people really do get «it».

Dr. Murasko is honest, kind, and thorough. I went to him for a couple years and then had to change dentists because our insurance changed. The new dentist claimed I needed multiple procedures. I immediately called Crossings Dental to schedule a consult. After an exam, Dr. Murasko said that all the procedures recommended by the other dentist were unnecessary. From now on, we will never go to a dentist other than Dr. Murasko!

After years of being ripped off and receiving bad services at San Marcos Dental Group, this was a real treat. Dr. Murasko is very understanding and straightforward. I feel like I can trust him.

Been seeing Dr. Murasko for years and have recommended him to neighbors and friends (and everyone is happy!). He takes the time to explain (I never felt rushed) and would even do the cleaning on some occasions! (imagine that!). After surgeries he will also personally call to follow up on you (other places would just have their dental assistant call and you call back if you have questions). Nice, clean office and staff (wait is never more than 10 minutes) makes going to the dentist a breeze!

Dr. Murasko has been my dentist for almost two years. I go for the normal teeth cleaning, and thats about it.
However, recently I spoke to Dr. Murasko about about how I hate to smile because of a discolored front tooth from a root canal. He immediately showed concern and wanted to give me my smile back.
After we went over my options I opted for the internal bleaching.
My tooth was very stubborn but Dr. Murasko never gave up and I’m happy to say that for the first time in many years I smiled for pictures this last weekend.
Dr. Murasko is by far the best dentist I have ever had and his staff is amazing.
I would recommend him in a heart beat.
He not only gave me my smile back, but gave me back self confidence I had lost because of my tooth.
