O’Reilly Auto Parts

A great guy named Tim, helped me out at O’Reilly’s today. He was honest and the most helpful employee I have ever met. He helped figure out what was wrong with my car and save me a lot of money. I would highly recommend going to see Tim at O’Reilly’s on Holland Road, if you ever have any problems with your car.

I absolutely love O’Reilly Auto stores! The employees at each one are always so helpful, funny, and knowledgeable. This one? Not so much. I’ve been to this store 3 times. 2 of those times (I wouldn’t leave a review if it was only 1), I had the most rude associate. I’m a retail worker. If I talked to people the way this guy does, I’d be fired.
So really, go to this location here if you want to feel stupid. I can only imagine how people that don’t understand cars are treated here. You don’t work at McDonalds, not everyone knows what they’re talking about when they walk in. And sure, it’s an auto parts store – we’re not looking for excitement or entertainment (you get the part and get out), but don’t be an a**hole.
This is the closest O’Reilly to my house, but I won’t be coming back here. «Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice…»

All I needed today was a new headlight bulb for my Mom’s car. Easy, simple, quick. Maybe not cheap, but less expensive than having the dealer or the oil change guys do it.

New auto parts store. Opened in January. There’s plenty of parking and the staff is very helpful. They also offer a generous military discount. I will definitely be shopping here again
