This place has amazing employees and an awesome environment. My husband and I love this place the only thing is, we came in to buy juice and wanted a simple build, it ended up costing $ 15.00 for a standard build. My opinion if you have a customer purchase something then why charge for a build. I can maybe understand $ 5 or maybe $ 10 but $ 15 is a little outrageous. I come here all the time, a few days ago I spent $ 100 for a new box here and still I had to pay for a standard build is ridiculous.

Do not go here! The lady manager is rude and inconsiderate. Bought a gift for my husband who is active duty. I myself have my own military ID (not active, spouse) and she refused to give the discount. Although it was going to be given to me by a nice gentleman before she even walked up. The gentleman was handling himself well he gave me and another guys great customer service. She just walked up (after being extra sweet to everyone else at the bar) and began giving me attitude. Gave everyone else a wonderful greeting. Never going here again

I’m a beginner vaporizer, so I don’t know a lot about vaping. Decided to check out this place because of their sales posted on their fb page. I’ve been to one other vape shop, but this place was a little more welcoming. The staff was awesome and was willing to help anyone they could. They let me try almost every vape juice they had and helped my friend to choose a new mod and tank. I would totally recommend this place for anyone!

When I first wrote my review for Lavish I was just getting started on my vaping journey through the area. But in the last 21.5 months, vaping has changed significantly, and I have to say that Lavish has fallen behind with how the area has progressed.
They still only carry authentic items, which is excellent, but they only carry the name brand juice lines, which everybody in the area carry. This lack of diversity keeps me from remaining a patron here, but they’re still a great vape shop, especially for those who love typical flavors.
Overall, I wish I could give them 3.5 stars, but I can’t. If they carried more local lines, and improved their customer service just a tad, Lavish would have 5 stars.

I’ll definitely think twice about coming here again. I’ve used this store and recommended this store but The service I got today was so far below subpar. For reference, I’m a new vaper so I’m not very knowledgeable about the mechanics. I’d been buying my coils at another vape store because it was closer to my house but I prefer Lavish’s juice selection.
Today, I ran in for some juices and bought my coils there because I was out and the one in my tank needed replacing. I completed my purchase and headed out to the car to change my coil before I left. Put it in and it wouldn’t fire. I took it back in, assuming I’d gotten a faulty batch of the Nautilus coils. The guy at the counter was very apologetic but the woman who I assume was the manager ran out and started interrogating me, insinuating that I had done something to it when I was in the car and treating me like a criminal. Seriously? Because I’m that hard up for a $ 10 pack of coils?
In the end, while she embarrassed me in front of the whole store, I ended up googling the solution to the whole thing on my phone. Turned out to be a simple fix.
But I didn’t spend $ 80 on your store to be treated like a criminal and embarrassed in front of the whole store. Me and my money can go somewhere else.

They have an excellent staff. We are new to vapes and they took time to explain everything. They gave us lots of samples. I would go back just to hang out bc of the relaxed and friendly atmosphere.

I’m visiting from Cali and man, this is the closest you can get to a Cali vape shop as far as the vibe, customer service and juice lines. 5 stars well deserved

Lori opens by listing some of the «perks», as she refers to them (I’ll just call them discounts, because that’s what they are). She then goes on to whine that she did not receive a discount for bringing in 5 customers (I don’t know of many businesses-​off the top of my head– that do). She then states that she badgered the employees for a discount and eventually received %10 off. Anyways, just ignore that nonsense.

Good selections, awesome people and great customer service. Sometimes it could take a while for them to get to you, but they are very professional and courteous.

Discouraged… a friend that I referred has bought in quite a few people… that have bought. Consider a referral program. Word of mouth is the BEST advertisement a business can ask for… it’s FREE! A free juice, half off, SOMETHING! As a customer we should be rewarded for bringing in more business…10% is NOT a reward. You can give anyone 10%…that’s easy… step it up Lavish!

Lavish offers perks. If one buys 9 juices, they get a free juice (ranging $ 10-​$ 15?). If one brings a pack of cigarettes in vowing never to smoke again, a free juice is awarded. However, if one brings in 5 customers all committing to never smoking cigarettes, all who bought the devices ($ 55+), accessories, juices and increased customer base merely by word of mouth, one gets nothing as there are currently no referral specials. A 10% discount was offered after several inquiries but, that offer was given during initial purchase. Still a cool place that I would recommend to anyone that is looking to quick smoking. It does feel good for me as a person that my friends have quit smoking!

First Time walking into this place, was planning to just window shop but ended up getting my own because of the great customer service! They even helped me with my noobish questions to help get me started! I defiantly recommend coming here 1^st before any where else! Thanks guys!
