Foot Locker

This Foot Locker in Lynnhaven Mall is a House of Hoops. I have found limited edition releases in this store. It’s nicely organized, and there is plenty to choose from. I would give the store itself 5 stars and the customer service 3 stars. It’s worth checking out if you’re into sneakers.

Our family has become a fan of Foot Locker. After visiting a few of them over the past year we often come here first. However, this is my first review of one and the details of the other experiences have faded. So, I have made an effort to get this out and strange enough without one of my own pics too… shame one me.
The store was pretty busy for a Tuesday night. My daughter Meg needed some new kicks and was set on the Niki 5.0. I found the store clean and presenting well to customers. We were almost immediately asked if we needed help by a young black man who ended up being one of the managers.
He took the time to properly measure both of my daughters feet. He looked at her old shoes and said they were too big and slipping and recommended coming down a half size. He brought out a pair, but did not have the color my daughter needed. However, she tried them on for fit and to see if she liked the feel. He had her walk in them and inspect in mirror for the all important look.
All the while there were customers every where around us, but he stuck right with us to assist. In the end it was not the color, but my daughter liked the shoes. The clerk offered to mail the shoes to our home for just a $ 3 additional charge and it would arrive in around 2 – 3 business days. We ended up checking out a big box competitor in the mall and told him we might be back.
After find the big box was more expensive and only had one clerk that did not approach us when looking a couple of minutes we went back to Foot Locker. Again the same gentlemen assisted us and in a flash had everything taken care of and assured us it would arrive this week, Monday at the outside.
Again, another successful experience at Foot Locker. Props to the company, we will be back.
