Dunkin’ Donuts

This DD is typically fast, accurate, and has staff that are polite. I stop here a few times a week on the way to work and appreciate their service! Best sweet tea and iced coffees around.

I recommend buying donuts here early in the day as I notice they get a little stale later on. they are not made at this location

I stop here every morning on my way to work. Doesn’t matter what time or who is working, I’m always cheerful we greeted and leave with a smile. This isn’t always the case for a chain. Let alone a national one. To the staff and managers, keep up the good work.

Service was slow. They’re was literally something wrong with everything we ordered. Wrong drink and wrong muffin. Won’t ever go back to this local. I would suggest driving to one of the other dunkens.

Nothing wrong with this Dunkin’-brand new and convenient to base. I went here to grab two dozen donuts for the boys and they destroyed them-​something tells me they enjoyed them thoroughly.

Some of the employees are awesome however they move very slow in the mornings, but most of the staff is very friendly

Although the service at this location is always slow and not the friendliest, I usually never have an issue with my order.
Today, the gentleman at the drive thru did not repeat my order back to me, which always makes me very anxious as they may have misheard me. It really is such a simple step to take that can save from a lot of confusion and time in the end. Your server does it at any regular restaurant, most fast food places do, why shouldn’t this facility?
Anyways, upon double checking my food and drink to be certain my order was correct, I noticed a small chunk of cream cheese squished between my 2 bagel slices. Usually they spread the cream cheese, so no big deal, I just requested a knife. After driving away and arriving at my destination, I opened up my bagel only to notice that the cream cheese was sour and crusty. This is the result of cream cheese not being refrigerated at the appropriate temperature or not at all. Needless to say, I am absolutely disgusted that this young man thought that it was acceptable to serve somebody Sour cream cheese! Absolutely disgusting.

I was very satisfied with the service I received here. Used the drive through, and the server was attentive and helpful. He gave me my coffee and donuts, and asked me to pull up front while he made our sandwiches. Shortly after we received our sandwiches I think he could tell we were new to dunkin donuts and told us that we could’ve got any type of coffee for our meal, not just the standard, and asked if we wanted to try something else since we didn’t know. Even though he was busy he was courteous enough to give us that extra attention, this place has my seal of approval.

I use to come here all the time before I went to work. I agree with everyone who complimented. The service is extremely slow! I vouch for it inside and through the drive through. If I was part of the staff I would want to hurry up and serve people their orders so I can go back to prepping, or nothing. You know, when you are waiting in your car and peek through the window and the person hanging out. Then when you get your coffee you have to ask for napkins because your drink is spilling out of the cup. Most of the employees at this location need maximum supervision. I have only had less than a handful that was out of this world amazing! Oh by the way, those surveys on the reciept doesn’t mean a thing! I’ve done about 2 – 3 of them and have not received any feedback within the past two years.

This DD wanna a be probably does not deserve any more of my business. I use it sparklingly and in a pinch.
Monday was a pinch day and in between appointments I needed specifically DD for my daughter’s lunch birthday treat. With not enough time to head to the Shore location I relented and thought why not.
The usual staffing of two for this location is appropriate if they are competent. However, trying to manage two customers at the counter and drive thru seems a bit much. The woman in front of me was trying to use her DD Monday coupon (second week) and he had no clue, so he had to interrupt drive thru dude to figure it out.
Okay my turn, knew what I wanted and could see they had an assortment of the Easter Peeps which are really cute and came in Pink and Yellow. I got two dozen and paid. I had told him it was to carry in school in advance.
So when picking them up I think to myself… no sack, no napkins and asked for these items which in a real DD would have been done. You would have thought I was on a corner asking for his last buck. He just stared at me. I asked again and he pointed out the napkins on the counter that I would needed to pull out each one individual instead of a stack. I asked for third time sack and a stack of napkins.
Finally I got out the door with everything I needed and arrived at school in time. Now to my disappointment I found out from my daughter they were stale. I immediately blamed myself as they must have been fled rovers from Sunday AM. But I thought, it’s DD that should monitor quality control. Everyone in the world knows day old doughnuts are usually sub par.
This wanna be location has been plagued with mediocre reviews for a reason, it’s been consistently bad for a long time.

How sad!!! The staff is nice and the donuts are good. My problem is the coffee. I buy bags of whole bean regular coffee. The DD stores sell one pound bags, the grocery stores sell 12 ounce bags for the same price, that is the main reason I go to DD. So they have a few bags of whole bean decaf and a couple of bags of ground flavored coffee and a big rack of that K-​cup crap. What self respecting coffee drinker even allows that sinful blasphemy in their home… like really?! It is not like this is the first time this has been the situation for the last 6 or 7 visits, you have lost my business. So Shore Dr. DD you are my new coffee store, they always have what I need.

I am a dedicated Dunkin donuts fan but this location does not meet the standards. I’m sorry to say that the employees cannot seem to care that they make a mistake. I will not return to this location. I will go to my usual Dunkin’ Donuts location.
The new location that is about 2 miles from here on the corner of Holland Road and Princess and Road is much better. At that location I am always greeted with a smile and they always get my order right

Not long after I wrote my 2 star review I was contacted by the new manager of this location to let me know he was sorry for the service and that changes were being made. I gave them a few months to improve and I must say, this new management has done something right! Finally the wait is not due to incompetent staff, the wait is because they are busy and pumping out coffee drinks as quickly as possible. Plus, I’m never asked to repeat my order once I’ve been rung up. My coffees have been correct every time. I’m glad they have gotten their act together because this is the closest DD on my way to work! And I love me some DD coffee!

I go here quite often… prob 3 – 4 times a week. I normally get coffee and donuts or a bfast sandwich. Service is always top notch.

This Dunkin Donuts is always busy and their staff is slow and substandard when it comes to making any kind of drink other than a black coffee. I went there this morning and ordered a bagel toasted with cream cheese and a large iced coffee. It took them almost 10 minutes to make my order in the drive thru. When I got home and took my bagel out there was barely any cream cheese on my bagel. I’m not one of those people who likes a ton of cream cheese on my bagel but there wasn’t even enough cream cheese on my bagel to cover a saltine cracker! Very disappointing that it took soooo long to get my order and it was lacking. I have given this establishment enough chances to bring their service up to acceptable standards, I will NOT be back to this location!!!
